This was an open and shut simple case of changing a name on the deed. I tried to be patient, and I will assure anyone reading this review that the firm stated unequivocally in their contract that we were not to call them on any regular basis to find out the status of our case. That should have been a tipoff right there. I never met any of these people face to face. My access to them was limited. They were slow about returning messages, either by phone, text, or E-mail. When they finally got the deed ready, they sent it to the wrong county to be recorded. I seriously doubt Pinellas County had a property of my description, yet some clown in that office actually recorded it. Nevertheless, the deed finally went to the correct county and was recorded. However, when the property appraiser got his copy, his assistant found a mistake in the property description. They wrote a letter to this firm, sending me a copy. Wanting the mistake in my deed corrected, I have called two times and left messages. The first time I was assured they would be in touch. They didn't call me. I left a second message more than a week later and got no follow up. What am I (or anyone for that matter) to conclude but that this firm couldn't care less about fixing mistakes? Go ahead Mr. Malhotra, and challenge this review. I have only given facts that can't be refuted.
