They are free roam and stationary but it's incredible doing the free roam ones and being immersed into it. it was the first time I did a VR escape room and it was so much fun bc there was a lot more room changes We went there two days in a row because my 9 year old liked it so much.! 5 stars!

I am disappointed in the Sasktel centre. I am only giving…read morethe Sasktel centre 2 stars and here are my reasons. 1. Sure the Saskatoon blades WHL hockey team plays there and they are my favourite hockey team in Saskatoon Saskatchewan. 2. The Saskatchewan Rush Lacrosse team plays there as well and ever since they started playing there I've been to a few of their games But here is the thing besides (Hockey and Lacrosse) there is one thing missing! And that is both WWE and AEW. Now I get that over the past few years WWE and AEW have been looking at other major entertainment hub cities in Canada. But I know that Saskatoon Saskatchewan has the potential to become a major major major Entertainment hub so we need Saskatoon Saskatchewan to fork out them big red carpet money transactions with WWE for WWE land over at PrairieLand Park and than at Sasktel Centre we need to host events like Monday Night Raw, Friday Night Smackdown, Saturday Night's Main Event, Clash at the castle, FastLane, Backlash, extreme rules, Wrestlemania!

I tried a couple beer from local craft breweries and they were very friendly staff serving us. The signs marking seats might be a little brighter in the main concourse but I'm betting that at a hockey game it's a whole lot brighter in there in general. The displays commemorating former Blades players and highlights are cool as are the decals of past concerts. My biggest complaint, as an average height woman is that the seats are too small and close together. My knees burst from where they were pressed against the seat in front of me for the little time I wasn't dancing. Speaking of dancing, wow when the crowd got going in the seats in the bowl (regular hockey seats) the entire floor would get bouncing. The sound was amazing, the light crews were fantastic and didn't blind the crowd much.

Our guests started arriving around 3:00 pm and had access to snacks and a full bar. While it is not obvious there is a service elevator available in case you have guests that struggle with stairs and we did. I have to start with compliments to the staff. Everyone we encountered was cheerful, helpful and working hard to make our evening a success. I spend a lot of time eating out and I was, quite frankly, stunned at how much effort these folks put in. This was a sit-down dinner, something our guests appreciated. We started with a wonderful light garden salad. Followed by roast beef, Yorkshire puddings, baby potatoes, and the only small complaint I would make; frozen peas and carrots, and a delicious gravy. Everything was hot, cooked well and delicious. I loved that they also supplied horseradish for the roast beef. We finished with Saskatoon berry pie with real whipped cream. My brother joked that we might need a "lot" more whipped cream and a few minutes later a huge bowl of the stuff appeared on our table. Very cool.

The facility is beautiful but not over the top, the buffet dinner contained high quality food, the servers did a great job and didn't seem rushed to clean up, and even the bartender I dealt with most often had a sense of play, not taking his role too seriously. It was great. My friend partially chose to marry in Saskatoon because the cost of a wedding in Calgary can be outrageous, which is where she and her husband live, along with many of her wedding guests. The staff at The Willows did just as good of a job as any big city establishment and are likely friendlier. I'd highly recommend this venue for events.

The bands were great (Mahones & Wenches & Rogues) but other things impressed us even more. It is an absolutely wonderful venue with character and charm and so much space. You can sit or stand close to the band or you can sit further removed and even keep an eye on the Jays game or NHL Playoffs. Even the bathrooms were cleaner and neater than other similar venues (tough to always control I can well imagine). Great specials and selection on tap even including a Regina-based gluten free beer. Caesars were excellent. And huge delicious pickles as garnish! Food was very good too. But what stood out by far was the AMAZING service we received. Our server was a shorter brunette with longer curly hair. She was likely the best server we have ever had in decades of frequenting bars and restaurants. She was attentive and prompt and friendly and helpful with the menu. She even ensured our wings could be prepared gluten friendly. Anything you can imagine for a server she was top notch. A good server will make or break an evening out. Our server completely enhanced our time. She should be hired just to train other servers in Saskatoon and elsewhere. Overall a wonderful venue and show and most of all excellent service. We will be back soon.
