I was told the food was waiting to be collected and had been ready at 6.30pm. I explained that I had ordered the food earlier in the day and was waiting for delivery. The manager, said that they don't do delivery. I explained that I had ordered from THEIR website where they offer free delivery for orders over $100. The manager said that the website had nothing to do with them and that I needed to come and get the food. Again I explained that I had used the Pacinos website - not a third party for the order, and they were responsible for delivering the food, as per their website. The manager asked if I wanted him to come to my house, hold a candle above his head and sing Happy Birthday to me. I asked to speak to the owner. The manger said the owner was overseas and 'good luck' trying to contact them. My husband and I decided to go to the store to get the food and show him the confirmation email screen shots confirming the delivery. On our way we received a call from an Uber driver saying the food was on its way. The food arrived at 7.25pm and was stone cold. Overall, a terrible, rude experience from Pacinos.
