I paid this shop to replace both of my rear shocks as well as address an ABS/sensor issue. After their repairs, I continued having problems and ultimately had my vehicle inspected and repaired elsewhere. One of my biggest concerns is the sensor repair. I paid Tire Kingdom/Mavis to address the sensor issue, but the problem returned. I was then told the warning was caused by a completely different issue with my vehicle. After seeking another opinion, I learned that the ABS sensor issue still needed to be addressed correctly, resulting in me paying additional money elsewhere for the repair. I also have serious concerns regarding the rear shock replacement. Subsequent inspections raised questions about components associated with the shocks that were reused and the work that was performed. I have now formally requested that Mavis/Tire Kingdom provide its complete service records, technician notes and inspection findings and explain what components were inspected, what condition they were in, and why certain components were reused without replacement or recommendation. What makes this especially upsetting is that this is the vehicle I transport my child in. I trusted this shop to properly diagnose my vehicle, perform the repairs I paid for, and communicate any safety or mechanical concerns they discovered. Instead, I have had to spend additional time and money getting further inspections and repairs and trying to determine what actually happened. I have escalated my concerns to Mavis/Tire Kingdom corporate and requested a formal review of the work performed. Based on my experience so far, I would not bring my vehicle back to this location and cannot recommend them.
