Took my vehicle in for 2 tires, and while they had my car they ran through a 1/4 tank of gas leaving me 11 miles to empty. There was no reason to use any fuel, it was 2 tires. They als disconnected my battery and tried to tell me I needed a new one as my vehicle needed to be jump started at their shop even though we had no battery issues before or AFTER the tires were replace. They are liars and thieves and I do not trust them and will NEVER take my vehicles there again. Over priced and deceitful. read more

Went here and asked if they could check a tire with a slow leak. There were no other customers. I was told, "Not unless you can leave it until tomorrow." I honestly was so confused, I looked to make sure I was at a tire merchant. I had no response. Weirdest customer service ever. read more

I call the day before I when into the shop to check to see if they could look at one (and only one) of my tires to see what was wrong with it. when I arrived to the shop about 12:20 pm on Tuesday there was not single vehicle in the garage. Wayne came out of the office and after looking up my information he said that it would be 2 to 3 hours before they could get to my truck. I sat down for a few minutes and then decided to make an appointment for Thursday. on Thursday they look at the tire and said it could not be fixed and new tire would cost over $300. this interaction took less than 20 minutes and should have been look at on Tuesday. unfortunately, the interaction that I had at this store does not know what customer service is or how to treat a customer at the front desk. I end up ordering my replacement tire which came Friday and I had installed at one of the other tire shops down the street. read more

They said they'd have two tires for my car by end of day and they delivered even though they didn't have them in their store. This was on a Saturday. Extremely satisfied no complaints. We needed new tires on the truck after only 23k miles. Steve noticed the tires were original and was able to get Goodyear to cover 50% credit on new ones under warranty. Also, the tires were lower prices than Costco. Great job on the install and a reasonable price for the alignment too. Overall, great deal and value. Strong endorsement. read more

Poorly managed. Reminiscent of typical corporate owned business. They could care less if they retained their customers. Went in at 4pm and needed a tpms sensor changed. 3 service technicians sitting around while one mechanic worked. They didn't have "time"to change my sensor, earn my business or my respect. Go to a neighborhood place that's owned by someone who wants to earn your business. read more

RIP OFF ALERT - Went in for solution to stripped oil plug. Verbally quoted $275 for new oil pan and oil change, scheduled appt. Went home to research if this was an reasonable price and solution. Found out an oversized oil plug is a cheap option and since this car has 150,000 miles + would be cost effective. Went back next day for a written estimate (not given one originally) and was told no way to provide written estimate and cost now $415 not including tax. PRICE FOR OVERSIZED OIL PLUG IS $9. THIS OPTION WAS NOT PROVIDED! CANT PROVIDE WRITTEN ESTIMATE? Also, labor quoted at 2nd visit was $150 - industry standards estimate this repair taking 1.1 hours. So apparently they charge about $150 an hour. Only go here if you have lots of $ to give away, dont want anything in writing and dont care about being provided options read more

Horrible service. Traveling from 5 hours away and ended up with a screw in my tire. Googled closest tire repair and found this place, called and asked what time they close which was 30 minutes before closing and luckily I was 5 minutes away. I get there and after standing at the counter for 10 minutes before being greeted I was turned away because it was closing time and the man claimed he had taken in two other cars since I had called. (5 mins ago... Really?) I explained to him and almost begged to not turn me away as we were traveling and had no clue where else to go. He told me to go down to tire kingdom down the road and let them help me. The man truly did not care if I was helped or not. I did however go to tire Kingdom and they are fixing it as we speak and have been very kind and helpful. We own a customer service industry business outside of Jacksonville and I would never dream of speaking to a potential customer the way that man did. 5 minutes before closing or not.
