I got a flat tire driving through Mauldin and stopped here late in the evening in desperate hopes someone could help me out. I stopped in literally 5 minutes before closing and the manager I believe it was (Tall Caucasian Male), was very courteous and more than willing to help me out. I had a spare and he swapped it out and put it in place for me and had me back on the road within 10 minutes. I didn't need tires this time but I already know next time I need tires I'm coming here. I had a really great experience at this Goodyear Auto Center! They were fast, knew what they were doing, were flexible on price, even the tire techs were very friendly and interested in moving fast and getting it right! Several months later, I found a nail in one of my new Goodyear tires. They helped me in less than 4 minutes, by manager Matt himself. The manager, Matt Taylor, is excellent. I had to take my car back to this retail location because the 1st alignment they done was not done correctly the car was still pulling in one direction after the 1st alignment. After picking up my car I noticed a crack and clipped paint on my front spoiler. I was asked to bring my car back by this retail location in Mauldin which I did. I was then told the damage was not caused by them and they had no reason to lie. I told rep the damage was not there when I dropped my car off. Take my advice and DO NOT do business with these people they DO NOT take ownership or accountability for their action. I would rate this location a 0 but it's not an option read more

I noticed a screw in my tire today prompting a low tire pressure warning on my vehicle's dash. Ugh, it's Sunday morning and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to take care of the issue until Monday. Rejoice! Goodyear Auto in Mauldin was the only Service Center I found to be open on Sunday. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Steve and he helped me right away. He explained that plugging is not the correct way to repair a tire. The tire should be removed from the rim for inspection. At that point you can determine if it is repairable. If it is to be repaired then it should be a patch repair done from the inside of the tire. After inspection he repaired the tire with a patch plug and checked the tire pressure on the other tires and I was on my way in less than an hour. I expected to pay $30 or more but Steve smiled at me and told me "no charge." Wow! He couldn't have been nicer and more professional. Excellent service! I am 100% satisfied and highly recommended this location. Thank you so much! read more

Outstanding service at this Goodyear shop! Special thanks to Jeremy and Mike for their willingness to help. I have a modified suspension that requires an alignment that is different from the OEM specifications. Most shops won't even talk to me because of this. Jeremy and Mike listened to what I wanted, showed me what they were doing during the process, and even re-did the alignment twice to make it perfect. Their attitude the whole time was "we'll make it right!" I very much appreciate their customer service and willingness to listen. Definitely earned my business going forward. read more

Friendly service, but they made us wait an hour after the puck up tine to get our Honda accord. We dropped the car off at noon for an oil change and tire rotation. We told them that we weren't in a rush, they told us to come back at 5. We got there at 5 and they were just putting it on the rack. They finished up right at 6 when they closed. Shouldn't take so long to do an oil change and tire rotation. Or at least don't promise a time when you can get it done by then. read more

Made an appointment for 8 A M for an oil change. Printed out the confirmation and noticed a 2 hr wait time. Called and asked and was told that it was a 2-hour wait because other people also had appointments at the same time. So, in fact, there really is no set appointment time. In route to DC, on a Sunday and we noticed a bubble in the sidewall of tire on my Mini Cooper. Pulled into Goodyear and Liz, the service manager couldn't have made it easier. Found my tire at nearby store and sent someone for it, directed us to a nearby park where our 4 year old could play on a nice day. It was a stressful day on top of getting a flat, and he completely took care of my car and concerns. He was professional, funny, and completely helpful.
