Their prices reflect their high maintenance standards, as everything is expensive. When we spoke with a representative about buying a plot, the representative was dishonest about burial and cremation laws. As a result, we bought a plot because of his false information. Later, when we learned we had been misled, we tried to reason with Roselawn to get a refund, since the arrangement was not what we wanted. They told us they were not responsible for their employee's lies; they fired that particular employee, and we are stuck with the plot. I think that is very poor practice, and do not understand why an ethical business would need to do such a thing.

I have been trying to reach someone (anyone!) at the Cresthaven funeral home. I have left messages…read morewith the answering service 3 times now and still have not received a call back. My daughter's vase has been all but sheared off from the holder which is part of the grave marker. Most likely this was done by a careless lawn service and I am very upset....they did not inform me or anyone of the destruction and when I came from out of town this month to visit the gravesite I found the destroyed vase. I could not even remove it to turn it back inside the holder so it is crooked and torn apart. The keeping and protecting of the grave sites are their responsibility and if I can ever get ahold of anyone working there I would like to know when they are going to replace the vase?! I would never use them for a cemetery of a loved one again...they have disrespected the graveyard by not maintaining it and I always have to do the trimming around my daughters site...being out of town I trusted them to respectively take care of her resting place....I am beyond disappointed.
