Every time I found new or like new items at an unbelievable price. Example: a 2 piece Kasper Skirt Suit, new with tags for $6. Their quality and price can't be beat. All the store clerk's are very friendly and willing to help you find items. Im also impressed that most of their funds go to battered & abused victims.

I've never been into thrifting or anything like that, however, Value Village isn't the typical thrifting experience. The store has an abundance of options and there is always a hidden gem or two on the racks. Also, the color discount is the bombbbbbbbb. Granted on the days I go the things I want tend to never be the color of the day, LoL! However, the prices are already amazing even without the color of the day. On my journey of stores the Value Village - Forest Park location has become my favorite. The racks are always stocked and they put things in order size. OMG!!!! That is huge for me as I hate going on a scavenger hunt. The store is clean, the racks are sized, and they even had a Coach bag once. I told you, hidden gems. Value Village - Forest Park delivers value as a brand but also as a service. The staff is pleasant and they are always willing to help. Though the lines can be LONG at times, they move efficiently and never seem to be frustrated. Heavens Gateway Ministries fills the gaps of all the other stuff I've been needing. Don't complain about paying $30 just bring a truck and I promise you you will become a regular. I've never seen anything like it. The sign has two days listed the food day is Friday. You go up they get your ID pick which deal you want then wait until they tell you to drive around back you back in they bring the grocery carts and boxes to your vehicle. Spread the word.
