The staff was very efficient when going through my items. They accept items during all opening hours which is a welcome change from other consignors in the area. The process is actually pretty simple and streamlined. They also offer payouts electronically or with a check. I didn't purchase anything as my intent when going in was to reduce the items in my closet rather than add to them, but from what I saw they had a nice variety of sizes and styles of clothing, from vintage to modern. They do have women's and men's clothing as well. Prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back to consign clothes in the future!

The issue I have is that more than 50% of the time I have been overcharged and/or charged for items I didn't buy. A couple of times one of our party has caught it in time. When we caught it as we were loading stuff in the car this time, I immediately went back in and I was told I could get store credit (which requires a commitment to return to a store I struggle to trust), and, "there is nothing else we can do." One time, I can suck it up and deal with. A second time, okay, there is still room for grace. But to repeatedly have this experience, I need to tell people to- BEWARE! I go to thrift stores because as mom of a large family, I DO need to count my soon to be discontinued pennies!

This 2nd time I scheduled a pick up for 25 boxes and called the day before to confirm they WOULD! pick up all the boxes. The lady on the phone confirmed yes they would pick up all the boxes. I drove over to my parents after a 13 hr shift and drug out 25 boxes..... They came and only took 8!!!! EIGHT! BOXES out of the 25! and left a brand new ADA walker in the box and a wheel chair and a ton more stuff! NEVER EVER AGAIN!! Horrible business practice and the woman on the phone just kept arguing with me that its up to the drivers what they decide they can fit.
