There were a couple of nice, kitty cats wandering around in the store, so maybe they really like that chair as well. If the person renting that booth brought that chair in without animal hair and scratch marks, someone may end up unhappy...

Within a day, I received a text stating that the item was no longer in-stock, & I was offered a substitute item, but it was an item I actually already owned. The person I was texting with took the time to find that item & coordinated for it to be shipped to them the next business day so that it can be sent out to me. However, when I ordered, I had somehow put the incorrect address, so it was sent back, after all of their hard work. I was immediately contacted to get the correct address, & it was shipped back to me, without an additional shipping charge that I offered to pay for my mistake. Above & beyond is the bare minimum way I can describe their customer service! Your kindness is truly appreciated & you have a customer for life!

Worst experience of my life purchasing an item…read more I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S5 for $75. The Owner, Bill, told me that I would be able to get my money back if for some reason the phone didn't work. "No Problem" he said. He had a sign that said "Money Back Guarantee." (That sign has since been replaced) The phone had 33% charge when I bought it. I thought nothing of it at the time. I live an HOUR AWAY from Dowagiac. I drove back home. Later I plugged it in to charge it. The phone said "charger not compatible with phone." So I used my Verizon charger which is a mini usb.. Same thing. I start to get suspicious. Meanwhile, the power is draining from the phone pretty quick so I shut it off. I took the phone to Verizon to have it checked out. Verizon took the battery out of the phone, showed me a RED sticker on the battery. He told me that the phone was WATER DAMAGED. I thought, "Okay I just need to return it because Bill said he would give me my money back if I had any issues with it." I drove an HOUR back to Dowagiac the next day with my RECEIPT. This time I brought my voice recorder. I simply had a bad feeling at this point. I presented my receipt and the phone and asked for the FULL REFUND that he had promised me. He said "I can't give you a refund. I don't have that kind of cash just laying around." REALLY? You don't have $75 in your drawer? You can't write me a check for $75? Now I was CERTAIN that this was not going to go well. Bill said "Let me keep the phone here and I will see what I can do to get it working." I said, "You aren't keeping the phone AND my money." He said, "Well, then there is nothing I can do then." I reminded him that he told me I could return the item with no problems. He said "I never said that". Two young males were also in the store trying to sell stuff. One of the young men said, "I sold him that phone and there wasn't anything wrong with it when I sold it to him. You must have done something to it or it would be working". I told him I didn't do anything to the phone. Bill started saying the same thing. "Yeah, when I got it, it was working fine. You must have done something to the phone." At this point, I was out $75, and I was being ACCUSED of ruining the phone. I am an Honest Christian man. I don't drive an hour out of my way to return an item I purchased just so I can pull one over on the owner of a Pawn/resale shop. That's NOT what I do. I don't think anyone else would either. I left the store and called the Police. They came and went inside and talked to Bill. He came out and wrote out an agreement that he would take the phone and try to get it fixed. He stated he would be in my town on Monday and he would meet with me to discuss my options. I said fine. I went back home. I decided to have a repair company look at the phone. They told me that the charging port was bad and that it would cost around $150 to fix the phone. I started to wonder about Bill and his business practices. Monday came and went. NO text from BILL. No MEETING with him. I texted him and asked him if we were still going to meet. He texted back that he "ordered a part for the phone and that he would keep me posted." I am thinking "what about our meeting"? I let it go. A WEEK went by. NO information or texts from Bill. I texted him asking him what was going on with it. NO return texts. NOTHING. I called him. NO answer. (I was calling his cell phone which has caller ID. I can only assume he is avoiding my calls) I call using my wife's phone. BANG, he picks up! I asked him what was going on with the phone. He said he is still waiting for the part. I asked what part he ordered. He said he ordered a replacement battery from Ebay. REALLY? He ordered a replacement part from EBAY? Who does that? So I waited ANOTHER week. NOTHING. I tried to text and call him again. NOTHING. By now, I am pretty sure I am NOT getting my money back. Now he has my money AND my phone which is ILLEGAL. After getting ZERO responses to ANY of my texts or calls, I decide to pay him a visit IN PERSON. THIS time I had the Police go WITH ME as an official witness. I walk in, ask for my money back. He refuses. I ask him about the part. He gives me the run around. Eventually, I left with THE PHONE and NO REFUND. Bill came out and offered to BUY the phone for half what I paid. He was going to SELL IT AGAIN, KNOWING IT WAS A BAD PHONE!!! I never got my money back. So, the moral? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MAN!! He is a cheat and a shyster. He KNEW the phone didn't work right. He sold it to me ANYWAYS. Then he was going to try to sell it AGAIN! IF YOU BUY FROM HIM, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

He had a bad attitude...I found a ring we liked and we were sitting down looking looking over things and pretty much ready to purchase and I asked, is that as low as you can go in price? A question he gets everyday for years I assume. His attitude was so shitty like I just asked if he could just give give it to me for free or something...I told my wife in the car how much his little crappy attitude upset me...I came back later and told Kelley about him...he definitely threw away me as a customer, which isn't that big of a lose.. but he also threw away recommendations that I would have given if he didn't have that little pissy attitude.
