Steve Plantone is an absolute terrible representation of this business. I will never use their…read moreservices again. We originally called in about their dry cleaning services because we needed a couple suits dry cleaned. The lady on the phone explained if we drop off before 10am, they will be ready same day (around 3pm-4pm). I dropped off the suits at 8:30am and later that day around 4:30pm still had not heard anything so I called in to check. The woman that I dropped off with explained that the pants were ready but the blazers were not. She was unsure why the blazers were not ready so she said she would check with the manager and call me back. When she called me back she stated that the press broke shortly after the pants were completed and has been down ever since and they've had technicians out there working on it trying to get it back up and going. We said that's fine and went to pick up the pants and paid. At that time the lady apologized for the inconvenience and assured us that we would not be charged for the blazers being dry cleaned and that they would reach out to us the following day when the blazers were ready. At this point everything was fine. When we went to pick up the Blazers, we dealt with the manager, Steve Plantone, who was nasty from the first interaction. He proceeded to tell us that the suits were bad quality and that's why it took so long and we needed to pay for them. We explained what had been told to us about the machine going down and the blazers not being completed on time and how we were offered a free service on them due to the inconvenience. Again, very nasty, he stated that the employee did not have the authority to offer that to us. He also accused us of not dropping the suits off early enough to be done the same day. Then he tried to guilt trip us in paying for a service that has been the worst dry cleaning experience ever after we were told we did not have to pay for it. Upon the original drop off of the suits, he was having conversation with another woman there and he was talking very negatively and nasty about one of his employees. It was very unprofessional and we should have known at that time not to do business here but lessons were learned and this business is not acceptable. Go over to Wykes for your dry cleaning needs.

This little thrift shop is owned by Bethlehem church and they are doing amazing things for the…read morecommunity! They are a non-profit organization and donate all proceeds to charity. Often, they have sales or give things away for free. Even when they aren't having a sale, their stuff is SUPER SUPER cheap! They have so many clothes and housewares. If you're looking for a place to donate items, they have a drop box outside you can use any time to donate unwanted clutter and give back to the community! Outside, they have what they call the "bargain hut" where everything is even cheaper than inside! I got a sandwich press grill for only $4! What a steal. I highly recommend paying them a visit, it's well worth your time!
