They've spent a lot of time getting organizing, but a lot of people donate, so cut them a little slack. Like other Rue 21s that I have been in, its crowded and full of stuff everywhere. It is hard to go in and get out fast because the sales are all over the place. Use your smarts and be a bargain hunter and you cannot go wrong here. They keep you coming back by handing out great coupons at the register. The only thing I do not care for is that the women's sizes only go to XL and have a tendency to run small.
