Dustyn had been extremely intuitive and proactive, always making sure our network and equipment meet our needs today and as we grow. He has even talked us out of a costly equipment purchase that probably would have made him some money. Whenever we buy computers on our own, Dustyn makes sure that we're getting the right machines to meet our needs now as well as down the road and helps get everything set up perfectly. We've even gotten his help setting up shop equipment that doesn't fall under his normal routine. I'm getting ready to sell this particular house. After the inspection water and mold was detected in one room which was not obvious to us and could not be seen by the naked eye. Called Mold Doctors, I had the pleasure of speaking with Robert. New to the island and to Mold Doctor. He was very helpful and understood our urgency to get someone out to look and to fix the problem. They met me the next day at the house. Quickly we came up with a plan and they were there the next day to start the work and finish up the following day. From start to finish the entire team were very professional, respected our home and were very thorough from the setup for fumigation to the clean up afterwards. So respectful that when they accidentally made a spot on my concrete driveway they made ever effort to clean it up which they did. They could have just let it but they didn't because they knew it was not the right thing to do. They left my property the same if not better. I sincerely appreciate that kind of attention to detail. Mahalo nui!

After considering four different Kona-area moving concerns, we hired the company only on approx…read more April 24, with an expected move on April 29th. It entailed the contents of a two-story, 3-br townhome with some heavy, bulky upper and lower lanai stuff (all the large items - we would handle all the kitchen, bathroom, and pantry items) going to a smaller house Regina and staff worked with us, and when the 29th became problematic for us, they were able to shift the move date to May 1st, which helped us tremendously. The three young but surprisingly strong movers - Jason and two polite chaps - showed up on time (8:30 am) and, after an orienting walk-through, they went to work in a very expeditious manner. They were able to fit everything into the truck for one trip about 2.5 miles to the other house. They positioned the 3 disassembled bedsets, two couch sectionals, three roller racks of tubs, a large, very heavy dining room table, four other smaller tables and many other items in short order where we wanted them, and the move was concluded in 4.25 hours - well under the estimated time on the contract and for less than the quotes from the other movers that were available. We were very impressed by how hard and consistently they worked and their professional, engaging, and positive demeanors, given the exertion required. We will surely seek out Royal Hawaiian for any future moves on the Big Island.
