This is technically a thrift store, but they carry stuff for your house too. Like toilets, tiles,…read morehalf used paint, fixtures, etc. Inside is kinda messy and sometimes you have to look for stuff. I got a good deal before on some quality paint that was nearly empty but worked for the small area I needed to do. There's stuff that's close out from stores too, like Walmart brand sheets, random shampoos, cat treats, and target brand men's underwear. Those were today's random spottings. I ended up nabbing a very nice Revere Ware pot, not vintage but a nice pot. Also splurged on a silly turtle decoration. The staff is nice enough but there's not much staff, so bring your friends if you want to haul a couch out.

They have a great selection of doors, flooring, and knick knacks to fix up a home. I disagreed with the pricing on the appliances. I wasn't looking for one, but I paid $400 for my brand new oven and it is a GE with an air fryer included in the oven. They were asking $200 for a pretty beat up oven, that was filthy, did not have any bells and whistles, and was white. I havent seen a white oven in quite some time. The staff was friendly, and the store was pretty clean. I'd recommend, and would probably come check out again.

I've convinced friends to join me on my giving spree as well. I've made the plaque three years and a row so they must be doing something right. My favorites are Lisa, Angelo and Robert. The others are amazing as well and make you feel so comfortable when you donate. If you're doing plasma or platelets, be sure to get a blanket. A bonus is that most of the time they come out of a dryer so they're nice and toasty. The setup with streaming movies is nice. I usually watch a movie and a half while I'm there. Then after the finish, typically 2-3 hours, you get drinks and snacks while you regain your bearings. I'll continue coming here to donate to save lives as long as my body will allow it. My mother is suffering from cancer, and I have an old coworker that needed platelets as well due to health issues. So knowing that I'm helping others, makes me feel so good. The rewarding feeling from giving life and not some material thing is so different. I wouldn't change it for the world.

Today is 05/25/225 and they have not even bothered to ship it yet. I have requested my money back at this point and they can keep the item now. I have asked and was told to be patient and they would have it shipped before the end of LAST week. It didn't happen and now we have a holiday weekend. I get items faster directly from china. Folks if you cannot keep up with the amount of items you have listed on auction just stop listing and take care of the people who have already paid you. I used to sell on Ebay and shipping was always within 24 to 48 hours. Not a week and a half or longer. Too bad we can't leave feedback next to your ad's on shopgoodwill. I'm sure a number of the donations go to the Thrift Store to fund their work. The donations are easy to schedule with their web site satruck.org. You can schedule on line, choose a day & add extra instructions. You note what types of bags, boxes or large items. The items are detailed on their receipts, which is great for tax purposes. You can request a 30 or 60 minute call in advance. I was certainly glad we got everything outside last night. The call came this morning at 7:36, which is still the middle of the night for me. But I was happy they came so early because of the imminent rain storms. Needless to say that at that hour I didn't get up to take pictures of the truck. The receipt was left in my door handle. In the middle of a much needed purge of my closets my donations have been massive recently. I'm very happy about their use to help others.

I ended up picking one for only $5. Tip: If you want to shop on days when it's the select tags "color" it starts on Sunday-Saturday. Meaning Sunday is the day they randomly select which color tag is going to be discounted the entire week.

So i am glad they have a store and i gladly support the cause!! Its located in Fairfield Shopping Center. They have certain days where seniors and police/fire fighters and etc receive discounts. The prices are mostly reasonable, but every once in a while you'll find a price that seems to much for a thrift store. But thats life i guess. If you keep your eye out they sometimes get really nice furniture sets on occasion. I always plan to stay at least an hour to rummage through everything. I'm nosey and don't wanna miss a thing. Lol. Its a pretty decent size store. I found a new bottle of Michael Kors perfume on my visit for $10. So i was happy about that. They also have alot of books if you like to read. Along the wall is household items and you can find just about anything over there, but ya gotta look!! The lines at times can get pretty long, so don't go at peak times if your in a rush.
