This location used to be in the strip mall behind Panera Bread and Krispie Kreme. They recently closed that location and moved to this bigger free standing building right off the interstate exit. I like how big and open the store is and how they have late hours. It is organized somewhat except for the books which were just randomly placed on shelves and mixed with adults, childrens, cooking, etc. They have a big section of clothing for adults but the kids clothing was the smallest I have seen at any goodwill store. They also have a donation drop off in the back. But just like all other Goodwills in the area the prices have majorly gone up on clothing. Everything else is thrift store pricing but the clothes are very expensive for used, good to fair quality clothing. Jeans were average 8.99 and sweaters were 7.99. They do have a color tag of the week that is discounted 50% off which is nice. Also they no longer offer plastic bags for your purchases and try to sell you reusable totes. They also took away the fitting rooms which is frustrating. If you buy something and it doesn't fit you have 7 days to return it for store credit only. 3.5 stars but I'll round up to 4. read more

I've already just written a review but in summary it is probably one of the worst locations you could possibly have a store. There's at least one accident a day at that and right in that area. There's a center islands right there on 14th St. there is an exit and an entryway right there to the highway in whack travel which is the community college Sam's Club travel right there. Lots of huge trucks for some reason that are driving from the east to the west are in that intersection all the time, but the store is very new and improved high-quality items. They never had anything that high-quality in the other store for some reason much better selection of items and they really try to keep the store really clean. I see at least one person cleaning all the time when I'm in there it's very well organized. Some of the shirts even are organized into color coding. I think the blankets are also blankets and comforters are also color-coded last time I was in there and they have all the dishware in one area then they have all the furniture and home items kind of on the back wall like pictures and and frames and that kind of thing electronics are also on the back wall. I think there's certain electronics that cannot take. For example, I tried to donate my printer the other day they did not take that. All in all this new location of Goodwill is well worth your time! I will admit and all my thrift team of all over the area. Goodwill has the highest prices, but even even so, it is worth the effort since the amount of high value items in the store well out way the slightly higher prices than for example, helping hands. Goodwill may have to follow their corporate's pricing, which may definitely not be from this area, noting that the standard of living in this area is much lower than many other areas of the country helping hands is much a much better reasonably priced thrift store, but for the amount of high-quality items that they have at Goodwill now it's worth my time to go in and at least browse to see what they have at the moment. I've seen they have a really good selection of designer brands of clothing. Browsing the kitchenware area I found a KitchenAid brand blender bowl to go with my blender at home. I priced it at like $65 so and I got it for around five dollars, so that's a pretty we're gonna get the steamer good deal!! read more

I had my receipt and the correct barcode still attached to my items. there is NO REASON why I couldn't get my return back on my original payment method. you are forced to receive return on STORE CREDIT. what a scam. read more

Staff is awesome and friending.. Always come out to the car with cart to help unload. Just a great place !

Too expensive!!! products that are selling at good will for $5 could be purchased NEW for less ! items that would sell at a garage sale for $0.5-$1 are being way overpriced at GoodWill for $4-$6 dollars ! I don't know about you guys, but I am not supporting this anymore. read more

There are no try on rooms at this location. Selection is decent. Mostly clothing and glass. But there's no way to try anything on so you're committing without assurance. read more

What a mess. Things are not organized and shelves are a wreck. Clothing items are not hung on racks with correct sizes. Boys and girls sizes are combined in the children's clothing. Toys were strewn all over. It did not smell bad and clerks were fairly friendly so I left a couple of stars. read more

Meh. It's clean and doesn't have that funky smell, but I don't think I've ever found anything here. It's a little bit on the small side. They do have a lot of shoes. read more

Always accommodating and easy to donate too. The staff has always been friendly and willing to assist you with anything your looking for.

I can't tell you what the merchandise looks like inside, but I can tell you that Goodwill is a great way to clean out your closet or storage unit. My daughter has been collecting tons of crap and she doesn't quite understand that at some point, you have to start moving stuff out as you bring more stuff in. So today, I filled the trunk of the car with all sorts of things she no longer uses or needs and drove it over to the Goodwill donation center to make it useful for someone else. The drive-through is easily accessed, but I don't recommend using the road from the west as it is not paved and very bumpy. Go around the far side (off Horsebarn Road) and it's all neatly paved. Very easy donation drop off area, with 2 designated donation drop off parking spots in the front. The staff are courteous and professional. Inside the store is organized and clean. I am the type of person who cringes at paying full price for anything, so I really appreciate a good thrift store and flea market. I love to browse through the kitchen gadgets, furniture, and decorative items. I usually find at least one item to take home. I enjoy a home project every once in awhile, so I usually come in at least once a month to see what's new. Excited about the wine rack I recently purchased here. read more

Customer service was rude, they hung up on me the first time when all I asked was if I could donate a bed frame missing some parts, and this woman named Ashley just hung up on me mid sentence. At first I thought it was an accident so I called back and she was being very rude and condescending and hung up on me mid sentence again. We got there to drop off the bed frame and the people there barely spoke to us and we're just pointing and just looking at us like we were idiots, one of the men there was being creepy looking at my girlfriend the whole time and we both were not happy with the service. I work in customer service and i know even if I'm having a shitty day I try my best to not spread that negativity others, I would've filed a complaint on the spot but everyone there seemed like assholes so I saw no point. Overpriced for housewares and decor. Walked in, looked at prices on 2 Xmas decor items and walked out. Not cheaper than new items on sale, and one of the items was quite used looking. This store might be okay for clothes which seems to be what this store is mostly about. read more

Overall terribly run store. Insanely overpriced, not organized at all, and poor management. Most of stuff in here unless it is damaged, has crazy stains, or just does not work will be priced very close to retail if not above it. Shop elsewhere or buy new. Do not support this store until they fix these issues! read more

You'd think for having such a large store, they'd be better organized. The place was nice and clean with friendly staff, but it would have been nice to be able to ACTUALLY browse the clothing racks without everything being jammed together so tightly on the racks that they couldn't be moved AT ALL. C'mon, I've worked clothing retail before, you just don't do that. read more

This Goodwill is large and has a bunch of stuff. Problem is, in the kid's clothing area, the clothes are absolutely CRAMMED on the racks making it near impossible to shop. I gave up, and I hardly ever leave a Goodwill without several baby/kid clothes items. Good selection of toys in great shape, and great prices! read more

Great place to donate to. I've donated a few times already and it has been a good experience. The staff at the donation center have always been so friendly and inviting. I've walked through the store part once. It is just like any other goodwill or salvation army I have been to. Wide selection of items and pretty organized. I would think it would be hard to be super organized since no one item is the same. Come donate and/or come check out the store. read more

This is one of my favorite Goodwill stores and I try to stop in every time I'm in NWA. Over the past couple of years I've encountered great items from many current, name brand clothing makers and prices are standard across the board which can be a great deal. Their footwear here is always better than average selection and condition, which I love...it's one of the only thrift stores where I'll actually buy shoes because they're often "like new" at good prices. They have a lot of knick knacks and a few furniture items, too. There are usually several cashiers working and while the store seems unusually prone to technical difficulties with the cash out system they always seem to make it work with minimal fuss. I have shopped at this Goodwill Store for the last 4 years and never had a problem until today. The new manager refused my bank card which is in my husband's name as it has always been. She has even waited on me before!!! I was embarrassed and very upset as there were other people in line. She was rude and made it sound as if I was using a stolen card or trying to do something illegal! I am 65 years old! My husband and I have always used one bank card which is in his name. This new manager needs a lesson in professional management skills not to mention people skills. The previous manager who is now at the Pleasant Grove Store was and is Awesome! She treats her customers and employees so nicely. I will not spend any money at the Rogers Store. read more

This is a fun thrift store to explore. The pricing is the part that I don't understand. These are all donated goods that we as customers buy to help create jobs and whatever else. This goodwill marks everything up that might be a good find. Like a pair of boots that should be $4 to $20 or more if they are a good brand. So, you can buy the crappy beat up shoes for $4....but not the good stuff. *This is for the Rogers, AR location* Relocating. Went to Rogers, AR location (closest to us) to drop off a bunch of stuff. Opened back door of moving van and immediately the helper, Steven, tells us he can't take our TVs because they are considered Hazardous Waste. News to this guy who is in the Hazardous Waste Business. So, I'm trying to get a chair and ottoman out and the cushion has a small tear in it on the underside next to the Velcro that holds it down. This chair and ottoman are 2 yrs old and still look new. Steven asks me if the rest of the stuff is in this condition as he's pointing to the small tear. He says they don't take torn or damaged furniture. Now, starting to get kind of p.o.'d, I try 1 more time. I point to a futon mattress with a new cover on it and the couch bunk bed set and tell him all the hardware is taped to one of the pieces so the could inform the potential buyers. His helper tells us this, "I don't have the time or the resources to deal with this". I looked at both of them and reminded them that they work at Goodwill. Their job is to take donations and put them out for people to buy them. The money pays their wages. They both looked at me like I had an arm growing out of my ear. I asked them both if they were telling me they didn't want the stuff. The stuttered and stammered. Well, I have little patience to start with and I was about to really come unglued. So, I just closed the door on the moving van. Done. I will never use Goodwill again. I'm sure there are families daily shopping their store interested in the 3 gaming computers, the 2 gaming chairs, the leather couch and loveseat, the 4 hefty trash bags of baby and toddler clothes(most with tags still attached), the exercise bike, the 2 mountain bikes, the set of 1 yr old kitchen appliances, a bedroom suite, and the 2 55" Flat screens. So, I'll just yard sale it at my new location and give the money to our church. read more

I love this store. I am usually able to walk away with quite a bit and not spend that much. Always prices I'm willing to pay.

When I first walked into this goodwill, I was excited at how large it was! So many racks of clothing. I was confused though because I couldn't find my size. I asked a worker how they do their sizing, and she said, "we don't size, we colorize!" Meaning that they organize everything (including shoes) by color and all the sizes are mixed in. This made it extremely hard to shop for things, because if I saw something I liked I would first have to check the size to see if it was even going to fit me. They don't even size jeans! And almost all jeans are blue, so this made no sense to me. I guess they "colorize" for the aesthetically pleasing look, but as a shopper it was really inefficient. read more
