After the purchase, we were later told the sectional would not be available until the second week of November. We received no communication from the store -- I had to call them myself to get any updates. After several days, we were then told the delivery date would be December 14. Once again, no follow-up, no call, no update. When I called on December 18, I was told the sectional is now delayed until January. This constant change in availability, combined with the lack of proactive communication, has been extremely frustrating. The customer service has been horrible and very disappointing, especially after spending a significant amount of money with this store. We were given a loaner couch, but it is uncomfortable and not a real solution after months without our furniture. If the sectional was not actually available, we should have been told the truth upfront. Moving into a new home is stressful enough -- this experience has only added unnecessary frustration. I would not recommend this store based on communication and reliability alone.

Buying the mattress was a little painful, using the website. I tried for 2 days, with 2 different…read morebrowsers, and 2 different devices. It wasn't until I contacted customer service that things magically started to work again (no explanation offered, either). Once the website was working properly, the process was quite easy. The delivery was easy. I picked my own day which was only a couple of days after the purchase was made, and it was arranged for the weekend which is very convenient for me, and they emailed me quickly with a window for delivery of 8am to 11am. They arrived at 8:30am which was great. The two movers were very polite and quickly went about bringing in the new bed and removing the old. I bought a mattress only, without box spring, and it was amusing to see them snap photos of the existing bed setup, I am sure to cover themselves for potential future warranty claims. I put zero faith in warranty claims as I have tried to exercise them in the past without success. They are worthless. Once you accept that, and that you may need to replace your mattress every few years (and go cheaper too, because of that fact), the happier you will be. :-) So far I am very pleased with the comfort of the bed too. Overall a very good experience, I would use this same process again in the future.
