What is excellent about working with Ashley is she has suggestions for just about every unhealthy item I was eating. To help cut down on carbs, Ashley suggested eating berries instead of the three to four oranges, peaches, and plums I was eating. We replaced potato chips and Cheese Doodles with healthier, salty, crunchy snacks. I'm eating lean meats, nuts, protein shakes, and bars for protein.
