Working with Sam for our law firm is absolutely the best. We have worked with him since 2018 and it's always a fun time when it's photoshoot day with him and his awesome team. He is talented, responsive, prompt, incredibly friendly to everyone, and all around a charismatic, kind soul. He produces the most flattering shots of our attorneys, who I've seen gleam with joy after seeing their photo previews on the spot. Impressing a group of attorneys is not always easy but many of them share their compliments after our photoshoots. Another thing I find impressive is the teamwork he has with his photography assistants. Throughout the years we've worked with three or four of them and they're always communicative, reliable, and in sync with Sam, which makes every shoot go smoothly. If you're in need of photos and headshots, this is the team you want. read more

If you want to know the difference between a picture of you and a photograph of you, go speak with Sam of GoodHuman. I've had my picture taken for work before, and they were good. After a shoot with Sam, I now have photographs! Sam was able to capture my personality and my character, he went far beyond "stand here and smile." He has an amazing eye and spent the time with me to make sure he captured the right images, the right way. He is a true professional. If your headshots or images for your online brand were done on a cell phone or taken by a friend, it's time for an upgrade! Sam with GoodHuman is a true artist and I would strongly recommend him to anyone that wants to take their image to the next level. New photos will be uploaded soon! read more

I was so happy with Sam's work. My company hired Good Human for Corporate photo shoot for a special marketing project. We had specific requirements for the photo shoot and Sam carefully listened to the needs and made sure to come prepared and ready to deliver! Not only was the output of his work amazing and on point, Sam was a delight to work with. The people we needed to photograph sometimes can be shy or get nervous in front of a camera, but Sam put everyone at ease and made the photo shoot a fun experience. We allowed a full day for our shoot and finished ahead of schedule, which was also nice...just goes to show the level of efficiency that Sam brings. Over-all a great experience. I would highly recommend Good Human Photography. read more

If Yelp had 10 stars that's what I would give Sam for his work on my head shots. Sam was incredibly easy to work with - from scheduling the appointment to receiving my images and paying via Venmo. He made me feel incredibly comfortable during the shoot and my head shots are fantastic. I will be using Sam in my Real Estate business for marketing collateral and video work. read more

I recently needed to get updated photos for both editorial and head shots for work and didn't know who to contact on a short deadline. GoodHuman was recommended to me so I gave them a call. Sam was able to schedule me in within 24 hrs and quoted me a reasonable price. Upon arrival, he explained to me the entire photo shoot process and outlined what I should expect. He took many photos and was able to make me feel comfortable in front of the camera (because I hate taking pictures of myself). He took creative photos with varying backgrounds so I had plenty options to review during selection. Not only that, he quickly turned around the photos for my use...perhaps a record time! In the end, the photos turned out great and I was very happy by the entire process. The photos captured both my personality and the intent of each photo. I highly recommend using GoodHuman for any photo shoots (both individual and corporate) ... you won't be disappointed. read more

This review is long overdue. Part of the reason it has taken me a month to write it, is I feel like I need to do Sam justice.  I had the pleasure of working with Sam for my business headshot. He is very professional and builds rapport almost immediately. He has a way of making you feel at ease, like you've been friends for years. This gift of making you comfortable allows him to get pictures of you looking natural. There were so many good shots that I had a hard time narrowing it down. I sent my "top 4 picks" out to a group of friends, and never got a consensus. Every picture was someone's favorite. I strongly recommend Sam. I can't tell you how many compliments I get on these photos. In fact, it was one tonight, that reminded me I needed to write a review! read more

Recently I had two photo-shoots with GoodHuman. Wow, now I understand the meaning of working with a professional photographer! Bausch Law Group is a personal injury law firm. Some time ago a friend of mine pointed out to me that the photos that we had on our site and social media profiles looked old, outdated and "cheep." That needed to be fixed! I ordered one photo-shoot of my office and the other one of me personally. Not only everyone was very impressed with the process, how smooth it was, everything was set up just right, the light, equipment, guidance, but also the product. We got incredible photos out of it!!! Better than I could have expected. Sam made us look truly professional and great. Do you need to spiff up your image? Sam at GoodHuman is your guy if you need professional photography done right! Words can't describe the professionalism and results provided by Good Human on my shoot. Despite my selection of a challenging location, Sam was able to find the optimal light throughout the afternoon shoot, generating photographs that far exceeded my expectations. A good photographer not only listens to the needs of the client, but is able to translate that direction into superior results. Sam not only did that, but gently guided and directed my subjects to enhance the original concept. Chemistry is an important factor between photographer and subject. Sam has a friendly and affable nature to him, so he was able to make the shoot both creative and fun. He had a relaxed energy which didn't impede his high standards. Sam wasn't at all afraid to try things, to suggest things, to tweak things here and there, and if something wasn't working, he would quickly make that decision and move on to something that did. The end product was phenomenal, and I say that as both a photographer myself, and having exceptionally high standards for the work I need done. I recommend Sam and GoodHuman wholeheartedly. read more

I really genuinely like Sam. He's such a caring nice person and he did a great job making my husband I feel comfortable during the shoot. He took his time and made sure we had lots of different images to choose from. My husband needed a professional photo for linkedin and was very pleased. I'm a psychotherapist and told Sam I needed to look appealing to both teenagers and their parents. So kind, caring, also professional and a bit trendy/cool. He gave me exactly that. I'm very satisfied with the final shots. I will hire Sam again in the future. read more

We needed some new pictures for the office team. We wanted something professional, but also something that was a little more interesting than the standard imagery I see on my competitors' sites. Before we shot the pictures Sam and I had a great conversation about how, why and where we should create these photos and how they would be unique to our company, make us stand out, and show our personal touch. We ended up using a background that was personal to our brand, showing just enough of the office to allow our customers to see where we work, but out of focus enough to not distract from the subject. They were awesome! We loved the pictures and we would highly recommend Sam and GoodHuman! read more

GoodHuman is fantastic. I've hired them to take shots of my production company office and staff as well as some of my film shoots. They are total professionals, always on time and with a good attitude. In other words, GoodHumans! But seriously, I highly recommend GoodHuman and have been telling a lot of my entrepreneur friends to bring GoodHuman aboard to capture the "personality" of their business and take the look of their websites and marketing materials to another level. Their prices are also very reasonable and competitive, which I also appreciated. They aren't just trying to make a fast buck like other photographers. I am a professional artist and I needed some headshots for everything from my social media to more classic editorial needs. I find that most of the headshot photographers make portraits that look so stiff and inauthentic and Sam at GoodHuman did the opposite of that and created so many different looks in a short amount of time. I needed the creative images and the more serious looks and he did a spectacular job photographing both. As an artist it is nice to work with a photographer that is also an artist.
