Worst Barber Shop in Worth. Went in to try and get a haircut 40 min before they closed and they refused to take me in cause it was too late for them. I looked at their window and their open sign was on which made me believe they were open. Any normal barber shop would turn it off to let people know they aren't taking any more clients. The barber that talked to me was the most arrogant person I've met. Should learn to talk to clients. Will never be coming back to this barber shop again!!!!!! read more

I asked for the haircut in the photo below, the guy cutting my hair asked MULTIPLE times if i wanted "the V" and "the lines" i said yes because that's exactly what i wanted. What a wonderful barber shop! I picked my brother up from Christ Hospital and he looked pretty scruffy because he hadn't been able to shave for two weeks. On our way home I stopped at a random barber shop named Goodfellas on Harlem. Jay, the owner, was very welcoming, professional and took 20 years off my brother with a very much needed shave. He even walked us out to my car to make sure my brother made it safely. Highly recommend-nice to see someone who loves his job! read more

Went there for the first time today. Ali was my barber. He was great. Took his time to find out what i usually want. Did it even better then I expected. Also trimmed and styled my beard very well. Threw in some minimal plucking of random hairs. The fact they use a straight blade is wild, but they're pros. Will definitely be going back. read more

This place is just awesome with the Goodfellas vibe. Jay and his barbers have never let me down. I've been coming here for almost 2 years and will continue to do so. The decor inside is superb with real comfortable leather couches. He has two big flat screen TVs so you can watch if you are sitting and waiting your turn or getting your cut. Once you start to frequent, you will have the whole barber shop experience and chat it up with Jay or his staff. Great service all around. I got a haircut here a while back. I asked for a trim for my sides and back tapered, and said just like I have it but... shorter. He butchered my. Cut it too short and uneven. He also gave me a fade on my sides and back and too high. I looked the loyd from dumb and dumber. That's how I felt too after the conversation with the barber. He told me he's Italian and then was telling me his dad hung out with Al Capone when he was younger and he has pictures of it. So I said Wow your dad must be old.......he didn't get it!! Al Capone's prime days were in The 1920s and 1930s. So that would make his dad around 120-130 years old. A world record no doubt. Anyway he could tell I was upset when I seen how jacked up my hair was. And I said buddy I wanted a taper so it's blended, not a fade....he said that's what I gave you. I found a great Barber shop right next door "My Barber" the barbers are cool, great hair cuts. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the not so "Goodfellas" Barber Shop. The place is garbage. Great Barbers! Great Place and they do open and close by their schedule. I changed barbershops multiple times because sign will say open at 9am and barbers will start arriving after 10am. Not reliable when you plan to get things done on your off days. Finally found a shop that I can depend on to be open on time. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. i asked for a haircut with a #4 on the sides and back and leave the top a little longer. What I got was a nightmare. After this guy cuts my hair he takes the buzzer and starts chopping on the back of my neck and below my ears. After he cut me I told him DON'T DO THAT. he then decides to get out a straight razor to finish job. That was enough. He cut my left ear so much it was bleeding. They always give a great haircut at a great price. They also get to your haircut rapidly so that you are not waiting.

This place has terrible service. I have been waiting in here for about 45 minutes. 5 people have walked in after me and all of them were seated before me. Not to make a race thing, but all of he workers are of the Arabian descent and all of the people seated before me were, too. FYI I am white. This place is slightly above average. They definitely make you feel very welcomed, they do a great job on your hair. However, they face you away from the mirror, so you literally don't know what your haircut looks like until the very end. I wish they faced you towards the mirror so you can instruct them on what you want / don't want them to do to your hair. I also wish they didn't slap a ton of gel on your head afterwards, because they apply a lot and sometimes that isn't the look you're going for. Nonetheless once you get home and shower you can fix your hair exactly how you want it and it will look a lot better. Due to their European staff, you have to be sure to clearly instruct them on what it is you want. All in all they do a great job, just some minor take backs. Also, they are very open to you showing them pictures of a haircut / style you want and will do their best to do it. Now that the barber knows what I usually get, I can't see myself changing barber shops. read more
