I just can't between the dirty poopy mini golf, the dirty sticky bowling alley, the extreme over serving of regulars, people thinking it's fun to do burn outs leaving after drinking way beyond the legal limit, long wait times on food that's served cold sometimes, patrons smelling like dirty feet,skunk pot, ashtrays, and oniony beer sweats... We went mini golfing first. The course is fun and a little difficult. I wasn't impressed with the trash and the dead animal in the course. The clean up crew might have not been out there yet since we did come when they first opened. Then we went bowling. They have a good selection of balls if you don't bring your own. They have 16 lanes but seem to only put people next to each other. 3 lanes being used instead of spreading us apart they had us together. The staff seemed to not really laid back about everything. The food was bowling alley fried food. Not bad but not great. The pizza did look really good though. We got appetizers. Will probably come again just because maybe a better experience next time. read more

Workers were miserable as soon as they came into work. I was playing an arcade game, and they told me to stop immediately after I paid so I lost 4 credits. They stared at my whole family for 15 minutes and came over to yell at us after we brought a cup of water over from Renna's Pizza. They were very hostile and they let old men (the "elites") bring in a bunch of beer, but we couldn't have a cup of water. I was severely dehydrated for 2 hours because they wouldn't let us bring in water. Horrible service. Never going there again. read more

One of the worst experiences I have ever had! Hosted my 10 yo birthday party here and regret it. Was told via email that 3 pizzas came with the birthday package but only received two (one burnt and needed to be sent back). When I asked staff for the 3rd pizza, they told me that we only were to receive 30 slices and now they "double cut" the slices! AKA... cut two pizzas into smaller slices instead of giving adequate slices! One of the two pizzas had 2 slices taken from it before we even arrived. When I asked to be compensated for the missing slices, they told me no! What? I had to practically beg for those extra slices to be given to us which they eventually did. Had to go back and ask for plates and cups to be given to us to which the staff acted like I was bothering them ! With all this the staff could have at least tried to be understanding or kind and apologetic, they were anything but! They do such poor business they will not let people bring even water into the building I'm guessing so people have to buy their stuff. They made my adult (pregnant) daughter leave her water bottle outside on the sidewalk instead of bringing it in. she had to leave while eating to drink some of her water! Staff got on intercom to yell at all the bowlers because another woman had her water bottle inside. Staff was extremely unaccommodating when concerns were made and made absolutely no effort to resolve differences. The customer is clearly not always right at Good Times! Paid $230 to be talked to condescendingly and treated terribly ! I will never even walk into this place again for any reason. So Much was absurd all we could do was laugh about it and vow to never waste our money here again! In sum, don't waste your hard earned money at Good Times! read more

Fantastic place. So much fun. Excellent equipment, everything is top notch. Came here on a busy Saturday and had a blast. Everyone around us appeared to have a fantastic time as well. The price is actually very good compared to the other place we were going to that charged per game. Ended up much cheaper for us to play for 2 hours as we were able to play 4 games each for 4 of us. Awesome place! Fun arcade, cool bar and grill, and fantastic event space! ESW put on another wrestling show, in front of a great crowd at Good times. The bar is great, nice stock of various spirits. The bartenders, are amazing. Friendly, fun, and willing to make you whatever you want. Or surprise you with something you may like. Before my adventure to the bar, I ordered a bite. Teriyaki Chicken sandwich, with grilled pineapple, sub-goat cheese. It was really good. Sweet teriyaki, tender chicken. Super good sandwich, fries are good too. Me and my family/friends went to this place to go bowling. We called twice to see if we could get a lane early and they didnt answer either calls. We drove an hour. When we got there, they told us that we had to book a lane in advance online and that they ignore calls so people go online which I dont understand how we were supposed to know that. Then we asked if they could put our name in the computer for a lane while we were there and they told us no and that we had to do it online. So then we put in a reservation for a lane online and went back and then they told us that we had to pay online intead of just make a reservation (which they did not meantion previously. They just said we had to make a reservation) and so they said we had no reservation. Then they proceeded to tell us they COULD put our name in the computer and wait for an open lane. Then a person in our party asked to speak to the manager because of all the previous interactions and the man said "Well, he is at home sleeping and probably doesn't wanna talk to you". Im not usually the person to get upster but this was NOT okay. During this whole process, the staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. They gave us misinformation, failed to communicate properly, and we very unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy their time. read more

We check this place out a couple of weeks ago shortly after they opened. We're very impressed by the facilities and the quality of the food. It was priced fair and presented in a wonderful manner At the Hammerbeck Café saloon bar, etc. Who would've ever figured watching people play cornhole bag tossing and as entertainment while dining out! My only downside was that I thought the game room which was well done and had a lot of neat things to play was very overpriced. read more

Great atmosphere, you can get a nice lunch sandwich or steak dinner. I had the Salmon Sandwich. Served grilled with aoli, tomato, and lettuce on a kaiser bun. It had very good flavor especially from the aoli and grilling. Maybe a little thicker then I'd prefer but definitely good. This is a new restaurant and they are still working through new procedures, etc. As long a they continue to improve on what they have they'll be great! I definitely recommend! read more

Took my daughter bowling here Saturday, December 9, Lane 13..The right bumper diesnt come up. We brought it to the attention of the waiter. He explained to us that Lane 1 had a broken monitor, Lane 12 also has issues with bumpers and there is a work order. He noted that the bumpers are expensive. So os bowling here. We pay and we expect the equipment to function properly. If adults were previous bowling "too hard with bumpers up" as was the reason....maybe there should be a policy in place regarding adults using bumpers. We had a less than stellar experience because the business thinks it is too costly to fix...Thats great. We booked our daughter's birthday parties here 3 years in a row...Maybe next year we will do something else. Oh and even into game 2, no one askes us if we wanted drinks or food. Came from out of town to take my mother in-law out for dinner for mothers day. Stood at hostess desk for 20 minutes waiting for the staff to acknowledge our presence and seat us at a table. Had to track down a server and ask if we can be seated which they finally sat us at a table. Another 10 Minutes goes by and not one server stops at our table to ask us if we wanted drinks and or to stop and give us a menu. After another 20 minutes of entertaining ourselves while we waited for service we decided to leave. Place wasn't that busy, 4 staff members clearing off tables and when they were done they couldn't be bothered to serve a customer who had been waiting nearly an hour. Horrible service... Waited over 1 1/2 hours for food and when it came it was burnt or over cooked. We called ahead to reserve tables and lanes for 23 people and were surprised that they seemed unable to accommodate us due to lack of staffing. Long wait for food as well as drunk refills and even to get the check. This is completely unacceptable for an establishment during off peak times. read more

Decided to wait, waited for 45 minutes while the entire time we waited there were at least 4 lanes open at all times and when we left there were 8 lanes open and we asked how much longer because at this point we had been waiting for 1 hour; we were told it would be at least another half hour...but still there were 8 lanes open? Today we had our office Christmas party at noon for lunch. The new restaurant was impressively built, we all enjoyed the atmosphere. The owner and his wife came in and greeted us personally. The service was very good, the fillet and lobster tail excellent as were the sides. The only thing marginal was the French onion soup. I would recommend this restaurant and give it 4.5 stars. read more

The activities available are great fun and fairly inexpensive. HOWEVER, The Hammer Back bar and grill is a different story. I ordered a Pittsburgh salad, which costs around $11. Upon TRYING to eat it, I was thoroughly disgusted. It didn't contain steak; it was pure FAT. Not only that, but that lettuce was brown. We ate dinner in the Good Times Restaurant that has its own separate entrance. The story of the chef and his Pakistani background brought us to this restaurant, and we were looking for the wonderful spices of South Asia. It was an attractive eatery, tastefully decorated and with friendly wait staff but a disinterested hostess. Our starters of fried calamari was delicious, tender and freshly cooked, but the mussels in butter, while very large, had been pre-cooked then heated in the butter sauce making them hard like rubber bullets. (Seafood cannot be pre-cooked then reheated! ) The chicken with the whisky and orange sauce was nothing more than a precooked chicken, slathered in orange marmalade with no whiskey and the Island punch while very attractive was sickeningly sweet and I had to drown it with 3 glasses of water to get it down. There was no chef in the kitchen, and only cooks........a big disappointment. read more

We've eaten at the Hammerback Grill a couple times and the food has been average quality - slightly above "diner food". That aside we decided to try The Point - their "high end" restaurant. As is the case with the rest of the building - the ambience is appropriate for The Point - well appointed. We ordered the filet ($18 for 6oz $24 for 8oz) which came with a salad, choice of potato, and a vegetable. The salad was average - again - diner quality - and the dressing left nothing to the imagination. The presentation of the main course was appealing but that was it. The dinner itself lacked flavor (except vegetables which all tasted like mushrooms). The filet was the biggest disappointment. It not only lacked flavor but was dry and was not too dissimilar to the flavor of ground beef. The only saving grace was the ambience and service. The waitress was beyond nice and provided excellent service. Overall it is a wonderful facility for the area but one has to wonder if they spread themselves too thin. read more
