The first time I patronized this establishment i went into the store and it was a great experience. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. The next time, I went through the drive thru and receive no greeting. The gentleman says "I need to see both of your ids!" In a stern (side note: I'm 31 year old) i told him he can have my Id which he snatched out of my hand. He then says with the same nasty tone "What do you want!" I politely said, "I way my ID back." It isn't what you say to people it is how you say it i recognize that I look youthful and am great full for it by that doesn't excuse rude behavior from the gentleman working the drive thru. I don't like to play the race card so I'm going to assume he was having a bad day and didn't leave his problems at home. Needless to say they will not be getting anymore of my business, there is another store not even a quarter of a mile up the street. read more

I went Shamrock Liquors back on 6-11-18 and was helped by a very attractive lady name Erika, she was very personable and professional, That is why I continue to patronized this establishment, Also did mention how attractive the lady was who waited on me. read more
