Thankfully I was recommended by a friend to reach out to Daniel Rossi, and right away he was able to help deal with the hassles of insurance companies trying to duke it out and figure out who was at fault, and how my injury was best to be dealt with. At the scene of the accident, the lady who hit me was very sweet, kind, and apologetic for causing the accident. Unfortunately, her insurance company was not, and while I knew the reality of what happened, her Indy company tried to change the script. Thankfully Daniel was able to guide me through the process, in addition to the quick thought about using my Tesla camera footage as evidence to use for the incident - technology to the rescue! Daniel was also able to help point me out in the direction of some good care that was able to get my neck and back, back on track and start working again. In a short time later, he gave me the amazing news that not only would I not be dinged with any points or at fault for the accident I never caused - but that I would be having my medical bills paid in addition to a nice sum for the injury and hassle that the opposing insurance company was trying to push on me. Had I not reached out to this amazing attorney, I would've had to accept half of the fault for the incident if I couldn't prove it myself, be out many thousands of dollars for medical bills, and not have an extra cushion of cash from having to deal with these terrible insurance companies. Thank you Daniel Rossi, you guys saved me a major pain in the neck, and lots of money!

I didn't know what to expect in terms of working with the driver's insurance company so I called my insurance agent to get info on the process. She recommended that I contact a personal injury attorney and further recommended one of her clients, Daniel Rossi. I am so grateful that she guided me toward Daniel. I reached out to Daniel. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was also very kind. He talked me through the process and then took over so that there was little I needed to do other than keep him informed of how my recovery was going. It was awesome. Daniel and Kate Parsons, who works with Daniel, checked in with me regularly and kept me updated on the case. When I had questions they were available and knowledgeable. My case recently closed. Daniel negotiated with the insurance companies and my medical provider to get me a very good outcome. I highly recommend Daniel and the Martino and Rossi Law Firm.

Scott was great to work with and we are beyond statisfied with the outcome of our settlement. Scott was easy to get ahold of and spent the time to truly understand our case and my employee's needs. He was able to guide us through all aspects of the case as well as assist with arranging the appriopriate medical care. There was a high level of care and professionalism shown in every regard. Thanks to Scott we were able to reach an impactful settlement amount for my employee. Most importantly, my employee was also able to get the medical treatment he needed and have it paid for by the other parties insurance. I would highly recommend Scott for any personal injury needs. Nothing could be further from the truth having retained him in my own case. He was never available when I needed him, spent nearly the entire time vacationing, leaving me to handle several parts of my case without his involvement whatsoever. When he chose to get involved, it came at my expense based on his mistakes which seriously affected the financial outcome of my case. His lack of understanding, knowledge, and how to manage a Personal Injury case was pathetic. I ended up firing him, going to file a State Bar complaint, and pursue him for negligence and misrepresentation.

He's been around the block-- you'll receive incredible insight into likely options and phases of the process, and it meant the world to us to be able to have some expectations set as we sailed into foreign waters. We can't recommend him highly enough, and welcome inquiries on his behalf if that would help your decision.

What truly stood out was the level of understanding and empathy shown--not only toward my legal situation, but also toward the personal challenges I was facing at the same time, including my husband's medical condition. That kind of awareness and humanity is rare, and it made a difficult time much easier to navigate. From start to finish, I always felt I was in good hands. I trusted the guidance I received and felt supported every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Colby and her firm to anyone in need of legal help. He uses a service that provides four types of trusts, and he explains the difference between each one in simple terms. We had a trust and all of the related documents completed by the top firm in the area. Upon an independent review, one issue was pointed out to us. The firm that had been working with us was swamped so, based on all of Amir's reviews, we decided to have him make the revisions. We told him why we were there and that we would have his documents reviewed before we signed. He was given the existing documents and told the points that were especially important to us and the part that we wanted changed. We got a draft very quickly. Great turnaround. But, he missed some key points. It was also frustrating that he sent them in a format that couldn't be converted to Word or PDF and set the link to expire in 5 days. When asked about it, he said it was the platform and necessary due to the size. First, I edit books and size isn't the issue. Second, we checked on the platform and the user controls the parameters. We finally got the documents printed and hand wrote notes on them. We were irritated and frustrated by how little attention he paid to our requests to port over sections from the existing trust. He was hurt by our comments. For someone with his CV, I would expect him to know that business is not personal. But, he wanted us to apologize in order to move forward. Because he appears wedded to his forms, he didn't draft the sections that we specifically requested up front. When we pointed it out several times, he asked us to write it. What we wanted was not unusual or difficult, but it didn't fit his forms. He couldn't copy it from the existing trust. That was mind blowing given how many hours he billed us for reading our trust. When the documents were finally at a stage where we were satisfied, we told him that we were sending them for independent review, as we had previously stated. This seemed to upset him. Two last issues: first, my husband thought he was sexist and dismissive of me. I am used to men looking at other men when answering my questions, so I didn't notice it. Second, I wanted to pay via electronic payment. Amir said he took Zelle. I accessed the app and asked him to put in his information. I asked him to double check it. My bank sets a limit on daily transactions. He said that was because of my credit score--others had higher limits. I took affront to this. My credit score is great. I sent the money to the info he provided. It bounced. I had to work with the bank to unwind the transaction. I asked Amir to send me his Zelle QR code. Instead, he sent not one but two demands for the full amount to my Zelle account. Since a Zelle demand for payment in excess of the bank's limit cannot be made, I had to reject both. I tried to send him a payment for the allowed amount, but the flagged his request and my attempts to pay him as fraud and froze my account. Because Amir refused to follow simple instructions, I had to spend hours with bank fraud investigators to have my account restored and verified. I have had my account at the same bank since I was in kindergarten and we were encouraged to save. My husband was counsel for banks and has banked there even longer than I have. Because we have joint accounts, his were frozen. This meant that our quarterly tax payment, health insurance, and other vital payments were being held. All in, Amir turned out documents quickly. Was pricey compared to the firm we regularly used, and appeared to struggle with either taking directions from a woman, or drafting documents and following instructions.
