Early this summer they were tasked to fix a water problem on my patio. With the past year I showed Matt, the owner, the issues- where water was coming from, etc. The previous year we had seen an increase in rainfall and I needed it taken care of. I mentioned some items including drainage on the other side of my fence but he told to me that a large swale there would take care of the issue and to have a drain in the patio with drainage shooting out into the yard. This is what he installed but the large swale was a small one and was quickly gone with the next heavy rain. Needless to say our water problem wasn't resolved. My wife and I have been trying to resolve this with Matt since July. We have been sent multiple texts, he's coming out, he's not coming out. He needs his pitch guy there and then he's off and will come another time, he ll meet us on Monday then Wednesday and then nothing until the following week and on and on it goes. There is a long array of texts sent back and forth. Sometimes nothing for weeks at a time. It's been 5 1/2 months of going back and forth and now it appears that he has no intention of resolving the issue. He told my wife all the things I told him about i.e. the outside influences that caused the water to come into the patio BEFORE he took the job and said he'd resolve it. I'm not sure what happened to this company here but I DO NOT RECOMMEND using them anymore. The owner does not stand behind what he says and does and appears to just take jobs regardless of his expertise or his ability to do what the customer needs done. After all this time he continues to offer no solutions in his texts. I guess he figures if he continues to do this we'll eventually go away. Being a business owner myself I find this "customer service" inexcusable, especially from an owner. You need to find a solution quickly and resolve things somehow. Avoid this company at all costs.

Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you.
