Not only was the staff completely unhelpful but they deferred questions to a 12 year old kid working behind the counter! (Is that legal?). Their inventory was horrible - cowboys boots imported from china, almost all sturgis gear weeks after the event. We asked if they had cowboys hats and got a concise "no." Fine, poor shopping experience. Nope gets worse. We walk out the store to have a worker follow us out and accuse us of stealing a cowboy hat (ummm thought you just said you didn't carry them). Why did we get accused? If you had watched us we WALKED IN wearing it...nope just thought it "had a tag." Yes, it did - the LABEL. Thank god we had the receipt from purchase otherwise I'm not quite sure this staff person was really after from out-of-towers. Not worth the hassle, just go to one of the other great local stores!

He analyzes the fit, look, and color to see if it is a good look or if it matches your hair, skin tone, and eyes. My cashier Kathy was super sweet and patient. She gave me an additional 15% off coupon she had available, and also signed me up for the rewards program, which got me another $5 of store credit. My mind is boggled at these discounts. And at the fact that I could even find stylish clothes, because I searched all over the Rushmore mall and found nothing that caught my eye. I wish I could've bought more, but I have to control myself. On a side note, keep in mind which entrance you come in through (shoes vs jewelry), because there are two and it can be confusing if you leave and can't find your car.
