FREAKING SCAMING RIP OFF!!! I came in for a massage, and one guy approached me and asked which one I wanted. I said "F," which was a 40-minute table massage and a 20-minute foot massage, for $75. The original guy started working on me, then another guy came over to start my 20-minute foot massage, he asked if I wanted it at the same time. I just assumed I'll be done 20 mins earlier. Then a third person came over and helped the original guy massage my back, at no time they told me these guys will charge me extra per person. The problem is NO ONE TOLD ME THAT EACH PERSON WORKING ON ME WOULD BE CHARGING SEPARATELY. I thought I was paying for the massage I originally requested, not $50 for each person who worked on me. My total ended up being $155 -- $50 PER PERSON, PLUS $5 FOR MEDICINE. This should be clearly stated on the pricing menu and explained BEFORE THE MASSAGE BEGINS. After arguing that I only wanted F, $75, I asked for an English speaker. He came over he wrote on the tablet, 50 for me, 50 for him, 50 for him. Total 150 plus 5 dollar for medicine. I refused tip because I did not ask for three people to work on me. He just kept saying 3 people, $150 plus $5 medicine. After arguing about it for a while, I just paid and stormed off. IF YOU GO HERE, DO NOT LET ANYONE ELSE TAKE OVER OR HELP WITH YOUR MASSAGE. STICK WITH THE ORIGINAL PERSON YOU AGREED TO HAVE MASSAGE YOU, OR YOU MAY END UP BEING CHARGED 2-3 TIMES MORE FOR THE SAME MASSAGE. I add, yes all three people who worked on me was working but chatting it all up and laughing in the native language the whole time. read more

The talus and medial ligaments of my right ankle still hurt from the unnecessary high level of massage. Walked in today for a chair/foot combo. It was 30/30. At the end I was charged $108. I paid and left a tip. But when I went back and looked at the pricing, it wasn't supposed to be that much. Will be calling my bank and disputing the charges. I see other reviewers had the same issue. read more

I was charged more then I authorize. Someone charged the Tip amount for more. Then when I tried to call and discuss it with someone they claimed they didn't understand. The person on the phone didn't speak English. I will dispute with my bank. Also make sure you ask for a receipt. That way you have proof. Without clearly explaining anything, two people suddenly started working on me at the same time. The "massage" was just repetitive rubbing on the same spots--very rough, uncomfortable, and even painful. I had to ask multiple times for them to ease the pressure. During the session, they were talking and laughing in their own language, which made the experience feel even more unprofessional and uncomfortable. After the 30 minutes of a very unpleasant massage, I went to pay and was told the total was $75. When I asked why, they claimed I had agreed to two people, which I absolutely did not. This was never explained to me beforehand. When I questioned it, they suddenly pretended not to understand. I refused to pay for something I never agreed to. I have spinal issues and neurological muscle disorders in my neck, shoulders and throughout my back. I have to be very careful about how massages are performed. I have never had any problems when receiving a chair massage here. The masseurs are very good and listen to any direction given to them. The ambience is quiet and clean. I get a 15 to 20 min massage at least once a month. My doctor orders me to get massages. This is the only way I can afford to do it on a regular basis. I highly recommend this location. read more

Fantastic! I got a great firm massage for 30 min for $39(?) table body massage with Michael. He did such a good job in such a short time. It was like Express hard core deep tissue massage. Amazing. I'm coming back for sure. I gave a $15 tip, but truly pennies in comparison to the quality of the massage. I've been searching for a great massage therapist for a long time who doesn't just push my skin around. She got to work on my neck, back, shoulders, she did everything I didn't know I needed, including some hot oil and some really sore spots on the sides of my neck. I got a male masseuse for a 20 minute shoulder massage and it was just the weirdest experience I've ever had. Initially it started out normal then he started to attempt to massage my butt area and I told him to stop so he didn't do that again. Then the next weird thing was he started pulling and flapping my arms which didn't feel good. And then at some point the masseuse started rubbing my ears and (I am not kidding) stuck his fingers in my ears. I used to love this place. As of today, not so much. I asked for a chair massage and the guy insisted that I have a table massage. After 2 times of saying that I preferred a chair massage, I gave up asking because I didn't want to interrupt the other guests. They had me take off my shoes and socks. Then their truth came out...they were trying to get me for an add on foot massage, which I declined (i would've left my socks on if I had known their intent). So now I had cold feet for the rest of the massage. When the massage was done, I was miserable because my face was swollen from my allergies draining. I was at the mall and decided to swing by since I had been craving a massage really badly! I decided to go for the 20-minute Full Body Table Massage for $24. I was immediately sent to the tables and before I know it, the massage had begun! I did not give them any sense of direction or told them what areas were tight or in pain at all. But the masseuse, Allen, did an amazing job at finding my tense spots and focusing on those pressure points! I was really surprised! It was a good, quick massage! My only complaint is that it's in a mall and since they keep the front doors open, you can still hear everything. And there were some moments were the workers would talk to each other. That took away from the relaxation. After my massage, they gave me a cup of water and some candy. They were very friendly! But recently we've had disappointment after disappointment. Recently we've noticed that the massage times we paid for have been cut noticeably short...and several times the person giving the massage absolutely didn't know what they were doing or they were just plain lazy. Seems like they have new hires pretending to be massage therapists. Instead of having a relaxing massage, I experienced someone's nails digging into my feet and getting elbowed in my back. I could not take it anymore so I asked them to stop. What a waste of time and money. What's upsetting is that I brought my family with me and we all experienced the same horrible service. Whoever runs this place, shame on you! Workers are not trained, and most do not speak or understand English. When the massage began, they pressured us to get an hour massage after telling them that we only wanted 40 min massage.
