I walked in and was immediately greeted by the associate and was asked what I was looking for and if he could help me find it. When I told him that I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted but I had a picture of what it looked like he immediately knew what I needed and showed me what he had in stock. At that time he didn't have what I was looking for in stock but he offered me a similar piece that would be just as good and I said I would take it because I needed the piece that day. Before I got to the counter the associate came up to me mind you he didn't have to do this at all because I was already about to buy the other piece and he said I know that I didn't have what you were looking for in stock exactly but I do have the piece actually that you wanted that I forgot I had in the back. He said that it was slightly nicked and had a scratch on the side so he wasn't going to sell it so if I wanted it that I could just have.
