It seems clean and organized until you really look at things. And half of them don't even have price tags. Stuff that does is more expensive than what I can get in Tampa now. The store was absolutely dead on a weekend. It was just us and like 2 other people and now o understand why. The little restaurant wasn't open. Maybe they don't open until later? It was 2 hours into opening hour and the women's bathroom was overflowing with paper towels/trash from clearly the day before. Sad what this place has become.

(You know what store I'm talking about... starts with an H) Fine, but my personal observation especially based on the visit I made last week is that even though the other market is being hyped up by social media; Lotte is still a better, and more affordable market. Granted, the food court choices at the other location are better, I'd still come to Lotte when I need specific asian ingredients. It seems they're aware that theres more competition and they've not only done renovations to the store but they have a lot more specials now than before. The day we went they even had several people promoting products and giving out samples. I don't recall them ever doing that before and I think that's a great idea to boost sales in items. I look forward to shopping here in the future.

The gravy granules are significantly cheaper here than they are on Amazon. They're only open Monday to Friday until 3:00 p.m. So it might be hard for most people to get here. I can't say much in the service. I didn't really speak to any of the employees except for while checking out. There's quite a lot in this store. It was definitely something to see everywhere I looked. I plan on going back to try to more stuff. I just need to do a little bit more research to see what else I would like to buy. It looks small from the outside but its pretty big on the inside especially when the extension is the produce seafood and meat are located. It is clean inside but there is a stench when you reach the produce meat and seafood aisle. The shelves and items are organized and neat and somewhat easy to find things in particular. The freezer section to em need to eb restocked since a few areas were almost empty with items. I was in a hunt for a small bottle of LKK Hoisin sauce and they offered smaller bottles for about $3 I think. They have reasonable prices on some items. And some are similar priced to other asian stores nearby. They do sell the viral fruit ice cream pops that come in those containers where it holds the popsicle stick. I was not interested in them so I passed them by. This store is not busy or crowded like Lotte or Enson. This place has a good variety of cute kawaii dishwares. I would come back here again but I prefer Lotte / Enson for more variety.
