I asked him when I could see them and he said I could come today. My wife and I immediately got in the car and headed for Apple Creek Ohio. When we arrived he had all of the puppies together. Immediately Whiskey (renamed Tzar) came and picked me out. Lester answered all of our questions and got the paperwork and a bag of food ready to go. All of the compliments that we have received are "what a beautiful dog ". It was a pleasure working with Lester Hershberger and Shepherd Kingdom. Lester even sent a text a couple of days later to see how Tzar was adjusting. Mark Wilson from Beaver Falls PA

They also met me in the parking lot with rags, paper towels and wipes to clean my fur baby up and to clean my car up. Like seriously who does that...I'll tell you.....one hell of a good vet!!! The staff is just out of this world. My puppy gets shots and boosters and all kinds of unglamorous things done at her visits and my puppy just looses her mind in excitement over the staff and vet!!!! I mean like my puppy cried in excitement when we walk in the door. We need a lot more vets like all off you!!! 100 stars to all!!!

Willis was very helpful accommodating my request on delivery for our new french bulldog puppy. We…read morenever bought a dog remotely and weren't really comfortable with the idea of air shipping. His delivery option by van was very reasonable, fast and the couple that brought him right to our door was friendly and polite and texted me when they were getting close. We checked Brookside Kennels out and they were listed by the BBB, and I could see history on them going back at least 10 years. And none of his puppy's images came up in google image search as being posted previously elsewhere. He was delivered with a bag of Life Abundance puppy food he was used to and a tube of puppy vitamins with all his AKC documentation and health records. We are very happy with this little fellow and can happily endorse Mr. Yoder's French Bulldogs including his van delivery. If you can't find a local source for the puppy you want, you can be comfortable dealing with Brookside Kennel.

He smelled like vomit so strongly I could smell him many feet away. My reasonable conclusion is that he was left to sit unattended for long periods of time and not cleaned up after when he vomited or urinated. He smelled like he was sitting in vomit and urine all day. At another recent visit I got heart worm medication for 2 of my small dogs. When I went to give it to them I noticed it was not the correct dosage. It was for a dog up to 5 times the weight of my smallest dog. Another time they forgot I was in an exam room for over an hour with my dog before the vet came in and apologized saying he didn't realize we were in there.

We had a very bad experience adopting a puppy from Serene Valley Frenchie's. The Furry Trail Transport Services were going to get an extra cash from us to delivering our puppy. We contacted Robert at Serene Valley concerning the extra cash that Furry Trail was attempting to get from us upon delivering the puppy. Robert said: "The Furry Trail Transport had been paid for the delivery of the puppy." At this point my husband and I were very disappointed and could not trust as to how the puppy was being transported to our home by Furry Trails Transport Services. So, we decided to cancel the entire transaction. We paid Serene Valley Frenchie's $500 deposit and Robert promised that he would refund the $500 on the following day and Robert never did refund the deposit. This company is nothing but scam. Beware!
