Most of my dental experiences have been "horrific" since early childhood. The morning of my oral surgery, a friend of mine prayed for me that the surgery was painless, the surgeon's hands were steady, and the recovery quick . The surgery was actually "painless" and the stitches were not felt while Dr. Buck placed them into the extracted area. Dr. Buck is AWESOME. His voice and mannerisms are caring, concerned, and reassuring. When I arrived home, I looked into the bag that his office had given me at "check-out" and to my surprise there was a pamphlet titled "A Letter to My Friends" which asked the reader to accept Christ as their Savior. After reading the pamphlet, I called my praying friend and told her about it. She said "That's Awesome, just think of the number of souls they reach each day." I know that The Lord led me to this office and I am very grateful. Dr. Buck and his staff are awesome from beginning until the end; they have welcoming spirits, warm smiles, and timely knowledge.

The implant I have almost felt no pain... that's how you know you have a great surgeon. The staff makes you feel calm before the surgery, and answers all questions. But, I needed a dentist ASAP because by I cracked my front tooth! I called the next morning and they were able to get me in same day. I was in and out quick, he gave me a great consult and did not overcharge -even undercharged- he also did not do more work to my tooth than necessary. I found another dentist and got a lot of work done on my teeth. Since I don't have a dental degree, I generally trust what dentists tell me I should do. The staff was kind and went out of their way to explain my insurance coverage and costs before I visited. Dr. Cosgrove took the time to explain the risks and benefits of the treatment he suggested. Gentle music, calm atmosphere, massage chairs, a blanket if you want - all the things. Everyone is so kind and helpful, and the staff and doctors are so attentive. I've had regular cleanings as well as fillings and, most recently, a crown (same day!) at this location. I have zero complaints about any of these interactions. They develop a care plan with you before treatment, so there are no surprises when you're done. My 5-year old daughter also is seen here and she has developed an early enjoyment of going to the dentist, which I know is uncommon. Once being taken back and getting X-rays, the dentist came in telling me that my gums were inflamed due to me having braces ( I didn't have my wires on, only brackets at that time). After enduring unbearable pain, and making several phone calls expressing my concerns, requesting for appointments or some type of antibiotics for treatment which may have resulted in some relief of the pain, I was told that a deep cleaning SHOULD help with the pain. Finally on April 12,2026, weeks of discomfort and denial of assistance, I contacted an emergency dental clinic, was seen immediately and the diagnosis was I needed a root canal and antibiotics. The infection could have entered my bloodstream, possibly resulting in death. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ANY SERVICE!!!
