We had an appointment scheduled for my autistic teen since July 2025, one week…read morebefore the appointment I received a call from the office stating that the surgery we were mentally prepared for was not able to be performed by the physician although we confirmed last week (reason was he would be out of office). I asked the scheduler when would Dr. Clark be back, as I was flexible. I was then told I would receive a call back after being told we could only see Holmes or Smith. When inquiring why, I was told the pediatric dentist my teen sees only refers to those two, I ask how have a had an appointment if that were true? I was told Clark prefers not to work with children although I have a myriad of reviews from my peers in surgery that he does. I explained we had prepped for what we were told would happen, Aspergers children need to be coached at times to avoid anxiety. I was told i would be called back when the scheduler could not locate my referral, she sent a text message a couple hours later with a new time to a physician I told her we did not want to see. I called the office to follow up, I was transferred to Clarks office only to have apologies and not being made whole for the mixup. I asked if it was an insurance issue or if the issue was that he broke away from our pediatrician and they didn't refer directly to one another. I wanted to know if i could request an exception. I was told that wasn't the case. I was told the scheduler made a mistake and scheduled us with the wrong doctor. Nevertheless we have confirmed twice since we originally scheduled. No one seemed to have a clue how that happened. I looked up the reviews on Holmes and I see a death and permanent nerve damage and you know, maybe its divine intervention. Its definitely not the customer service or experience. If we cant agree on an appointment that been scheduled more months, I don't want any experiments with my teen under anesthesia. We could have used this wasted time to research other surgeons and go somewhere we are comfortable but to kicked off the schedule, reassigned without permission with no follow up, no attempt to be made whole after all of this... Im highly dissapointed.

I have gotten my wisdom teeth removed by him, and most recently had a dental implant put in. Both were very easy for recovery. The implant I have almost felt no pain... that's how you know you have a great surgeon. The staff makes you feel calm before the surgery, and answers all questions. Dr. Roden has called me after both procedures to check on how I was feeling. He is truly the best, and I recommend him to all my friends and family!!!

They were super nice and told us to come straight over. We were greeted at the door and taken straight back to a chair. Dr Singh and his staff were friendly and calming. Dr Singh and staff got immediately to work, fitted and cleaned the crown. Snapped an xray and had her crown back on in a flash. We were literally in and out in less than 30 minutes. Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

It developed into a full-blown phobia. I would not go unless I was in pain - then I needed gas or IV sedation if it was surgery . Dr Miller is unlike any dentist I've ever met . He is both empathetic & professional- he explained it was not unusual to be afraid ( most dentists had ignored me & put a gas mask on me immediately ) I also noticed how kind he was to his assistant during the procedure -if she had questions etc . I was accustomed to dentists who only spoke to assistants or patients when necessary. (It says so much about a person when they treat their employees with kindness , imo) He talked as he worked and both distracted & entertained me. He is a dog person & has their pictures on display . ( always a sign of a good person ) I looked forward to going back- which is a miracle for me . This office has completely changed my attitude to going to the dentist . I had cracked the enamel on my implant & so I decided to have a new one done - so it was a total of 3 visits. Each visit , I was more impressed with the entire office . From my first contact with Anna ( office manager) the entire office has such an atmosphere of kindness . I am finally over that crippling fear of dental procedures. I…read morearrived 30 minutes early for my son's scheduled appointment, only to be told after checking in that he could not be seen because I had not confirmed the appointment. When I asked if he could still be seen since we were already there, I was told no because the dentist was leaving early. If the dentist was leaving early, why wasn't this communicated beforehand? I understand the importance of appointment confirmations, but failing to respond to an email should not automatically be treated as a cancellation. I can understand if I was late but I was not. That is terrible patient care. As a parent and healthcare professional, I value professionalism, communication, and respect for others' time. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations.

I was referred here by my dentist to get my wisdom teeth removed…read more The positive: - Making an appointment was pretty easy, they were informative on what to expect and what to bring with me (ID, form of payment, somebody to drive me home from the procedure) - the facility itself is very nice and clean. The building looked new, had some nice Christmas decor, and cozy details such as a blanket for the patient in the consultation room. - the technology they have is great and very up to date, especially compared to the average dentists office. The consultation room has a gigantic TV that they will pull up your pan X-ray on, allowing them to show you exactly what they plan to do. - because my pan X-ray was a bit old and had been the old printed type (not digital), they were nice enough to repeat an X-ray on the house prior to the procedure. This allowed the oral surgeons quickly figure out that what looked like a cyst on an old X-ray was simply an undeveloped wisdom tooth. - the oral surgeon had a nice demeanor, was great at describing the procedure. He also is very skilled at what he does, the surgery went well without any issues and I had a prompt recovery. The negative: - It took over a week to get a call back from their employee in charge of finance/insurance to get details about what sort of out of pocket payment I would be looking at after my dental insurance coverage. - the front desk person was under the impression that I would need "general" anesthesia. I don't think the front desk people fully understand the difference between general anesthesia and light sedation. - the oral surgeon spent very little time on the consultation prior to the procedure, and I felt as though I was almost forced towards going under sedation for the procedure rather than being given information on doing only local anesthesia. I felt as though I had no information and no choice on the matter. I was only getting the top wisdom teeth out so from speaking to friends in the field, local anesthesia could have been a viable option. - the person I asked to drive me home was given post-op instructions due to me still being sedated. Since this was just a routine wisdom tooth removal, it would have been nice to hear these instructions myself prior to going under sedation. Overall- I enjoyed my experience here, and the wisdom tooth removal surgery was successful. The oral surgery team here is very skilled, and I was healed up enough to go back to a regular diet within 3 days of surgery.

My dentist who recommended this practice called and talked with this doctor (dentist is friends with this man) about what problems and issues I had been having, explaining that I was very adverse to having all my teeth removed on my lower jaw. And that between myself and my dentist we had a game plan that was good for me. Instead this partner came rushing in without introducing himself, saying the only thing that was going to happen to me was that all of my teeth would be removed and and he said 'no, I'm not interested' in talking about your little plan. Went here after receiving a flyer in the mail for a dentist with the same name as me. Thought it…read morewas ment to be. She was great but six months later She left and I was put with a new dentist. Was not informed about this until I showed up for my appointment. Little did I know this would be the standard for every appointment that followed. I'm an idiot for giving them multiple second chances. It has been a revolving door of dentists. No one stays. You may as well be going to a school. The third dentist I saw filled multiple cavities and created issues I never had. I didn't have any issues until this filling. That tooth hurt and felt strange when I rubbed my tongue over it after he filled it for six months, when I returned. Another new dentist. He told me that tooth was now chipped- was perfectly fine before the previous filling- but assured me he could fix it. I reluctantly agreed. But to my surprise he fixed it. He was the BEST dentist I saw at this clinic. I started an Invisalign treatment with him. Took longer than it should to get trays. Was told at my next appointment they were having issues because the clinic was trying to put my case with another dentist and not with him. The practice called me and asked if I would be willing to see another dentist at a completely different office across town. I declined. The next appointment I am greeted by yet again-another new dentist... Tried to find where last dentist went online. Shockingly after googling him, despite being the best dentist I saw there, had the worst reviews of any single dentist I have ever seen in my life. I'm talking bad. Like 1 star across the board. Sidenote -I did find him and went to see him. Then was asked by him if I could demand a refund back at this practice and pay him- that day on a credit card to transfer my Invisalign. I only had about five trays left at this point. I declined that request too and wont be back there either. Had an appointment to pick up my last trays a few weeks ago. Showed up and was told my appointment had to be rescheduled because no dentists there was Invisalign certified. Desire, the secretary, did try to call me and left a voice mail but it was a Friday afternoon and appointment was for Monday morning. I still received a confirmation text Sunday, the day before. In my experience if an appointment needs to be rescheduled, they just cancel the appointment so you don't get conflicting information. I think it goes without saying if you get a text saying your appointment has been canceled, you will call back. Really disappointed in the chaos and unprofessionalism of everyone involved. I could keep going. Had one dental hygienist here ask me about my short-term rental business and showed interest in a vacation rental. I text her info to my air bnbs at her request and then she asked to me for a discount! Not in a funny way. She was dead serious.
