I had an EKG done…read morehere MONTHS ago, and finally got a call saying that the results are in, and a nurse practitioner can call me with that, but... since I told the girl that I no longer have insurance, she told me that she is going to cancel the "appointment". I asked why and said it's literally a phone call to go over a procedure I already had done at the facility. She said it's considered an appointment, and I can pay out of pocket if I want. I know I'm entitled to the results (a doctor's office is absolutely legally bound to give a patient this type of information), and I told her that. She argued with me for a while, wouldn't answer my questions, then finally got quiet for a minute, and had me talk to a "manager". This person asked if I wanted her to leave the results at the front desk so I can pick them up, to which I replied, "That would be f****** awesome!" She then told me to watch my language and hung up. I called back and the front desk girl told me the manager had "changed her mind", and I was getting nothing. She then told me she was referring me to "upper management" (lol) and I asked for that phone number, which she refused to give me right before SHE hung up on me. About an hour later, as I was online browsing through lawyers in the area, a nurse practitioner had the common sense to call and give me the results, which took about two minutes and eight seconds. I'm fine, by the way. My better half, who managed a doctor's office for over a decade, told me that she would fire someone if they treated a patient this way. As for me, I haven't had such ghetto service since... um.... since.... hmmmmm.... well, since I don't know when! There are LOTS of choices in the area, and most people who work at an office like this are professional and really cool. This is the exception; do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else.

Arrived at what is considered to be an "urgent care" facility at approximately 9:30 pm and upon…read moreentry was greeted by the front desk staff who appeared to not want to service me by saying "... the computer isn't working". In Fact, she said that more than once. I instantly felt unwelcomed. I asked the medical staff if stitches are a service that is provided. She responds by saying "...yes but there's already 4 patients ahead of you and you can't get stitches at this time of night anyway. I respond by saying "so a person has to be dying in order to get medical attention?" The medical staff responded by saying "yup!". I leave walk out of the facility then shortly return to ask the medical staff who turned me away what her name is. Her response was Latonya Sutton. After she tells me her name, she then proceeds to offer medical assistance. This encounter was beyond unacceptable. The "urgent cares" doors were open for patients yet I was turned away for what reason? They didn't want to provide me with services until I asked for a name. I went to an authentic urgent care facility and they said luckily i don't need stitches and sealed my cut with skin glue that only took a few minutes.

I have never met a doctor that was so attentive, timely, professional, honest, and just an overall outstanding person and professional. However, today I went to the doctor expecting Nicole, and found out she is no longe there. I am usually in and out I waited for almost an hour to be seen. I am pregnant, so after so long, I had to use the restroom, so I stepped across the hall and went. While I was using the bathroom, I heard the new nurse practitioner saying no one is in here, I am moving on to the next patient, with an attitude. Then she came in asked all of two questions about me "this is our first time meeting she was very disinterested and brief", did not take any notes, just said Im going to refer you all these things. She had her student, who she just brought in, did not ask if I was comfortable or not, check my baby heart beat and she pushed my stomach too hard. Then, she said make your next doctor's appointment. The way I was serviced today was completely unsatisfactory, and if it was Nicole, it would not have been this way. This was my last doctor's visit to them, unless Nicole comes back. Thank you.

Dr. Rybka is the best but for the love of God.... teach the front desk people to at least say "Hi…read more How can I help you?" It's basic customer service and that is why they are sitting there! I walked in and they all just looked at me. So I purposely stared back at them until one of them said "can I help you?". I said, "there ya go". And it's ALL of them... not just one.

The doctors are ehh to pretty good, but you have to book a month or two in advance to see them, and you probably won't be able to see the same doc twice. Poor execution in every phase of the game.

I was running late for my appointment coming from a far distance so instead of testing my luck I called them and let them know I was running late and asked if it was ok. Of course they told me it was no problem and they would call me if they had to cancel. I got there and haven't received a call so I should have been good to go but when I went to check in they told me to come back in tomorrow because the person I called didn't relay the message. So because they didn't do their job I'm the one who gets inconvenienced and this isn't the first time something like this happened I have an issue with them EVERY single doctors appointment. WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
