They tell me the doctor is out of town and offer to reschedule my appointment to October 22. Are you kidding me? Terrible and unprofessional. This doctor was recommended, but I've already waited months. They also suggested seeing another doctor at the practice, but there still would have been a wait. After leaving a bad review online, they replied to contact Monica, the Practice Manager. So, I called the Practice Manager Monica on July 10. She found a cancellation and made me an appointment for July 22 at 10:00 a.m. I show up for my appointment on July 22, and they have no record of it. I explain that the manager made it for me. They try to check with her, but she's in a meeting. So, I had to leave. Unbelievable. And Monica is supposed to the Practice Manager! DO NOT go to this place. Go somewhere else like DHR.

I reported staff to Practice Mgr and in retribution that person LIED saying I said something I never did. I wasn't told exactly what I said or to whom I said whatever was offensive but was 'fired' as a patient after 10 years. AND unfortunately, the patient has no recourse. I was slandered and given no opportunity to address the unfounded accusation.

He explains everything to me and my wife and makes sure we understand. Always pleasant tells it like it is. He is a very busy doctor and sometimes your appointment gets changed, but he will get to you as soon as he can. He genuinely cares about his patients, he is never to busy to talk with you. He takes his time and answers all of your questions and listens to what you are saying. The office staff is generally very pleasant and work with you in getting appointments for you.

If you are able to go to any other heart institute, please do. Every time I come here I have an…read moreappointment made well in advance. And every time I'm here I have to wait at least 2 hours to get into a room, usually 3. They overbook and it takes half my day for a 30 minute appointment. The receptionist tend to mislead and not provide needed information for my visits. I called ahead and specifically asked if I was doing a stress test and if I needed to dress a certain way or prepare and they said no. Upon arrival I found out I was doing a stress test, and getting a heart monitor I would have to wear for 24 hours. I was wearing flip flops and jeans which really threw off my test. And I had to cancel my plans later that night because I was not allowed to workout wearing the monitor. Some of the nurses are very very sweet and caring. But it's honestly 50/50. Safe yourself the time and find somewhere else to go.
