Just pay a holding deposit and if you stay with us, choose your design and pay the balance. Our plans fell through, lots of money already lost and we no longer required your services. Travelled 2 hours to your shop, only to be told no refund, no exchange, no anything. Can't buy other goods to the value of £300, we got NOTHING. Where is your humanity? Shocking company and service. They lie regularly and when they let you down after several weeks, they aren't bothered. Staff are terrible with the body language which doesn't surprise me considering who's their manager. WARNING STAY AWAY, THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES I have waited a long time before writing this review in the hopes that God will guide Golu to do the right thing and refund the money he owes me however after many ignored calls and messages I have sent him, I see no way other than writing this review and sharing with you my experience. Ignore all the short fake 5 star reviews that they write for themselves These people will make what is meant to be your happiest day extremely miserable. They have taken full payment in cash for a suit for my elderly mother (they don't have a card machine) and then gave us false promises of suits being delivered. The wedding date has come and gone yet they still have NOT replied to my messages and have not gotten our suit ready. Once they take payment, they will become rude, ignore your phone calls, and if you visit their store, they'll constantly tell you to come 'next week' and continue to ignore you until you get tired of even trying. The order for the suits were placed in August 2020 and the wedding took place in August 2021. Never mind a refund, they didn't even bother to offer an apology. I have told Golu (owner) himself that either he refunds what is rightfully owed to me now or I will take it on the Day of Judgement. Golu will upload religious content on his social media accounts, and give a fake appearance of being a man of principle and honour, however in reality he will stoop to the lowest of the low and take money from people despite knowing his actions are causing heartache and sadness to families. The sad reality is that Golu is unprofessional, backward and will happily take money knowing he won't deliver on his promise, he is extremely untrustworthy, please don't fall for his fake persona that he portrays online and in person. BE WARNED that he will take videos of pictures of female customers WITHOUT their consent and upload them to his social media accounts Please understand that this isn't the first complaint, he has treated many customers this way and I can only wish that I had read reviews before even visiting this crooked store. read more

Absolutely rubbish service... happy to take your money but not willing to refund when they mess up, I have been waiting for my wedding outfit guess what it's a no show when you ring 9 out of 10 they won't pick up and when they do absolute rude Wedding is this weekend and I have no outfit thanks to Golu Designs my wife outfit they promised 2 weeks ago and guess what that also is a no show I will not be shopping here ever again and people and recommend you go else where ... Terrible service. Made all the promises before lockdown. Suppose to recieve delivery next week as marriage soon. But now they dont answer and when they do.. very rude and arrogrant saying 8 weeks more. Wont refund and stopped answering phone. Stay away from golu and save yourselves the stress. read more

This place does not even deserve one star! Most people who have heard about this shop know that the service provided is awful! The sample pieces are very beautiful. However, what you get is the complete opposite! The sizes, dimensions, colours, materials, embroidery and stonework is wrong and cheap! Do not go here! There are many reviews on the Facebook and the rest of the internet and they are all similar to mine. I know many people who thought they would give it a try but end up with the same results. The only reason Golu is still in business is because of the poor quality off-the-rack products that people buy when they are short of time. Also, the deposits people pay when they place an order are usually not returned, even though the product is not what was ordered. Do not waste your time and money by going here! read more

They had more than 3 months to sort out 3 wedding outfits, still we have no outfits they keep leading you on saying the delivery is coming but nothing happens, when you go to the shop to question them they say show us the appointment message? And we like we have spent so much money with you lot and you treat your customers like this. American and British designers won't even talk so rudely to you the way they do. If people don't want to have their wedding ruined AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. With a wedding you already have too much hassle doing things and these lot don't care at all. They don't know what is customer service. It's worth giving your money to somewhere that goes the extra mile for customer service. They want cash as payment and they don't have a card machine they obviously dodging the tax man. Awful customer service, stuck-up and perverted owner and male staff, unrealiable in terms of actually receiving order as mine came just the day before I needed it in the wrong colour. Would not recommend at all, better to go to shops such as 7aat Rang. read more
