I don't know the names of the entire staff, but I'm sure they are of the same caliber as the above ! Not only are they friendly, loving & caring, but they hug us and pray for us. Yesterday Kenzie went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping us. My husband, John, had depleted the supply of one of his medications, and I am leaving today to be out of town for a week. The office would not let me make an appointment until David reviewed the referral. I waited 4 weeks for them to contact me. No response, I called on 12-23-25 and was told by Haley (who answered the phone) David decided not to take me as a patient (I'm assuming my case was too complicated for him). I spoke to Laura (I think was the nurse) asking for a date David sent back the referral to Dr. Sulaiman, Haley and Laura, both told me they have no record of sending the referral back! Dr. Sulaiman would have contacted me ASAP as he is the kind of doctor that does not ignore any medical issues! I have no problem with David not wanting to take my case (at this point I surely don't want to be a patient of theirs) but do have a problem that no one from his office contacting me to inform me of his decision!

The nursing staff seemed a bit unorganized during our visit, which made the beginning of the appointment feel a little hectic. However, Dr. Erinn completely turned the experience around for us. She was extremely thorough, patient, and made sure both my son and I felt comfortable with everything that was happening. She took the time to address all of my concerns, explained the results and treatment plan, and made sure I understood exactly what medications had been ordered and what we needed to do moving forward. I never felt rushed or like my questions were being brushed aside, which I really appreciated as a parent. Overall, despite the slight disorganization in the beginning, I left feeling confident about my son's care and our next steps. We'll definitely be back to start his allergy shots!

The entire staff at the PTC office is absolutely amazing! Our 13 yo son had received several…read moreallergy shots several weeks in a row (for seasonal allergies) with only very mild reactions or no reaction at all. However, last night he did have a more severe reaction, just before the 15 min observation period was over. Thanks to Danielle's (MA) THOROUGH education on signs/symptoms of anaphylaxis during our first visit, my son immediately recognized his symptoms, and notified me. Danielle *believed* him, then assessed him quickly and calmly. Within 1-2 minutes, his symptoms progressed, so she calmly notified other staff who arrived in seconds. Amanda, NP, Brandy, NP, and Jacob, NP were all extremely professional, calm, and thorough as they monitored and cared for my son. Three staff stayed with us for 2 hours until all of us (my son included) agreed that he was stable and safe to go home. Dr. Agrawal was in constant communication with his staff throughout the episode via phone (even though he was at an event for his new office) to ensure my son was improving, and to stay informed. He and Amanda also requested I update them later that night via cell phone to ensure my son was still all good. This was so comforting to my husband and I!! Again, I cannot stress enough how valuable the education on anaphylaxis was to my son and myself! Danielle explained the information in a simple, concise and easy-to-understand way that my son obviously remembered! He knew something was happening to his body because of that education, and he felt confident to speak up. Now if anything were to ever happen to him outside of that office (heaven forbid!!), he feels 100% confident he can handle it and knows he will make it through unscathed! That is so comforting to this Mama!! Danielle, Amanda, Brandy and Jacob--THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! You all made such a difference in our lives last night! Set up an appointment for 9/8 to go to Atlanta to get hearing aids. 9/6 I get a phone call from ENT saying they won't be able to keep the appointment and wanted to reschedule, I wouldn't be able to get in for about a month, so I decided to cancel the appointment. Today I tried to schedule an appointment with ENT and found out they aren't taking any appointments and don't know when they'll start taking appointments. If you need hearing aids don't use this ENT, I spent nearly an hour trying to get someone on the phone and they have only two locations for hearing aids and both are booked up for months.

This is not a full service provider and I would suggest to stay away from them. They don't have an audiologist in Peachtree City or Newnan currently. The suggestion was I can go to Stockbridge or LaGrange. Neither is convenient for me. They called me back and told me they could check my hearing aids for me, which I was ok with until they told me it was a $75 office charge. I would have been ok with the charge but I'm only getting half of what I need and will be charged again for the hearing test. It is not my problem they are not able to hire an audiologist.

My wife and 4 of our 5 children have been seeing Dr. Vangala for allergies & asthma for about 18…read moreyears. My wife tried another doctor, closer to where we live, who has an excellent reputation near Atlanta but discovered Dr. Vangala is more thorough; she abandoned the closer doctor to return to Dr. Vangala's practice. Dr. Vangala has performed his own allergy tests for years. He recently hired a skilled nurse to do those, but he still "reads" the results himself. (Other doctors rely on the nurses to do the testing from start to finish). He is gentle and kind with the children. His treatment approach has been conservative and effective for our family. My wife did a series of allergy immunotherapy shots with his office for several years. The shots took a couple of years to be effective, but she hasn't had any sinus infections since using the shots. Before the shots, she had severe sinus infections at least twice a year, and sometimes it took multiple rounds of increasingly high-powered antibiotics & even oral steroids to clear them up. Now one of our daughters is taking the shots and has experienced improvement in her response to the allergen. Dr. Vangala is always professional and caring.Some of the office staff and nurses are friendly, some are not; We treat everyone with kindness and we are well-treated as a result, no matter if we are greeted with a smile or not. Many members of his staff have been there for as long as my family has been seeing him.
