The greens crunched under our feet, and two twosomes in front of us practiced bad course etiquette with super slow play. We could not get any rhythm going because we had to wait ten minutes after each hole to play again. The 'pro' shop is just a dumpy shop/ nothing we wanted. Very poorly managed course. It's more expensive than the last course we played, and it was decidedly not worth it. We will not go back. The city is trying to buy the course and I hope they do.

The owner was demeaning, degrading, and made myself and our party as a whole feel unwelcome and rushed. I've never played in this area before so wasn't sure what to expect, but the course was immaculately maintained and in great condition (greens were fast, but that's no real surprise). The staff were all fantastic giving us the lay of the land, loading our bags and chatting over the course of the day. We had weekday rates, but compared to similar courses with the same price, they really set themselves apart. There are a lot of homes in play on the course, so worth being careful, but the community is beautiful so you get some eye-candy along the way.

Next after 9 holes we are trying to get to 10 and the local Friday night scramble group has all exits and entrances blocked with their carts We had to ask them to move a couple if carts so we could get through which seemed to put them out. So in conclusion. I would play here again but don't expect much from pro shop but golf course is fun.

Actually the greens were nice and consistent. It's a pretty open course so it's forgiving, good for people like us who only play a few times of year. Another bonus is that we were able to walk on. As soon as he stopped the cart, a pro shop employee approached us in an aggressive and unprofessional manner, immediately raising his voice and scolding us for allowing my son to drive. While I understand the rule that children should not operate the cart, this was a brief and controlled situation, and my intention was simply to let my son enjoy a small part of the experience, as he loves the game and spending time golfing with me. The employee's behavior was completely inappropriate and could have been handled in a calm and respectful way. I've played many courses around Louisville and have never encountered anything like this. In fact, I've spoken with other golfers who mentioned they no longer visit this course specifically because of this employee. I will not be returning. Additionally, the course conditions did not justify the $37 price. I would instead recommend Sleepy Hollow, where the course is well-maintained, more affordable, family-owned, and staffed by friendly, professional people.

We just went there today and the shape of the course was great. You can't beat the price either with 9 holes for $8 or play the course twice (18 holes) for $12. As far as the Clubhouse goes, it's not a restaurant with a bar, you simply walk in, get a warm welcome from Mary and then tee off. It's not Valhalla. As far as the golf carts, it's a par 3 course. It's not that bad to walk by any means. I rarely see anyone use a golf cart there outside of the staff.
