I always shop at golf vogue as they have some pretty good prices. I especially love their sale range and delivery speed.

Great store for all designer golf wear. I was recently looking for a specific brand called Galvin Green in order to buy a golf polo shirt by them. I found a large selection on the Golf Vogue website which I was really happy with. read more

Terrible customer service and bad attitude from the member of staff on duty, I was even advised to go to sports direct for shoes, i tried getting in touch to complain but they cannot be reached by phone or email. I went somewhere else in the end that did a fantastic job, so do not waste your time with this shop.

Seeing as they…read morespecialise in running gear and footwear, I don't really see what use natterjack toads would get from any of this, seeing as they neither run nor wear clothes. Now, if they sold hopping footwear then that'd be another thing all together, but they don't. Name issues aside, Natterjack is a useful place to go if you're looking for specialist advice and equipment related to running. At Natterjack, they sell a good selection of running shoes in a variety of makes, colours and sizes, ensuring you should be able to find a shoe to fit easily. Their staff can also offer you advice on the best footwear for your feet, enabling you to wear the correct footwear for your foot shape. They also sell running clothing and accessories, including drinking bottles, hi-vis safety wear and injury supports, enabling you to be fully kitted out for any activity. Their prices might not be as cheap as some local sports shops, but if you're after some specialist advice and gear then Natterjack is worth checking out.

This shop will obviously suit you if you are a fan of branded fashion clothing, all of which are up-to-date and trendy in style. They sell everything from tracksuits to trainers and jogging wear. Prices are quite reasonable throughout and there are often special offers such as (currently) two pairs of jeans for £15. This is a place well worth browsing if you are looking for something affordable. The staff are friendly, service is good and the layout of the shop is logical, bright and spacious. Also, this shop is usually less filled with customers which means that you can often receive more attention when required.

Transalpino sets itself out as a cut above the usual sportsware shop which is why they have such a good selection of Addidas - the preffered trainer of many casual - but they also have tracksuits, t shirts and parkas by Fila and 80s Casuals amongst others. If you have switched on to the influences and style in the shop, the website pinpoints the store's ethos with a still from Kevin Sampson's Awaydays - focusing purely on the footwear only, by the way there was talk of Addidas producing a Birkenhead in honour of the film! With tongue in cheek there are some good t shirts too like the Panini Casuals print just in time for the world cup.

I have to say that having seen the JD branch in Liverpool One I have had a dramatic change of heart so much so that I have made several purchases from the establishment. From the exterior point of view the store looks modern and cool and it really entices you inside with its sleek decor and slick appearance. Once inside the display layout of the store just makes you want to peruse all of the produce and there is some quality stock on offer. My only real qualm with this place is the fact that the prices are high and the staff seem a bit distant but this is something which can be expected in large establishments everywhere.

I expected to see perhaps a small selection of various sporting goods and equipment as well as maybe a few pieces of sporting apparel. However, when I entered I discovered that Romida only sells equipment and apparel related to cricket, much to my surprise. Apparently Romida is renowned for its selection of cricket gear in the sporting world, so I guess that shows just how much I know or care about cricket (always found it a bit boring, to be honest). Whilst I didn't find the equipment and products they sold particularly useful personally, I was impressed with the very extensive selection of gear available, which makes Romida a good place for any avid cricket players to visit if they need any equipment at a reasonable price. For those of you that don't fancy venturing out to the shop itself, there is also a very useful and easy to use website from which you can order all your gear too.

The service I must say really is second to none. Online orders are processed as quicker than any other online store I've ever visited. If you do venture into the store the consistency in great customer service is like a breath of fresh air. If only all retailers treated their customers like Romida do, oh what a great world that would be. Clearly the service comes from the passion of the owners which seeps through to all members of staff. They genuinely all love cricket and it shows, as they are able to offer you great advice. If you are a cricket lover or player, Romida is the only place for you!!!!!
