Dr. Broussard took me in on very short notice and absolutely helped me address my pain. Between the…read moreprolotheraphy, OMT, an ultrasound, and actually taking the time across two days to figure out a somewhat complicated series of issues for someone who is fairly young, it came to a resolution of everything except the radiculopathy, which he absolutely minimized. Being a military veteran, I'm used to doctors just scoffing and telling me to suck up whatever issue is causing me pain. I'm too young to have real injuries in a lot of their eyes. This man is 100% the opposite. I'd go to bat for the guy any day of the week and twice on Sunday. It's hard to build a business in downtown St. Pete, and I respect what he's doing. Go see him if you've got any musculoskeletal issues keeping you from normal activity or sleep or anything like that. He's not just a good doctor, he's a good man.

I decided to try a different route. I started working with Alliance 2 months after my accident. I was in significant pain, was weak, and had very limited mobility. There were so many movements that would take my breath away (reaching for seat belt, getting dressed, etc...). I started PT with Dr. Brian and was able to gain some mobility back. However, the intense pain did not allow me to increase my strength. After speaking with Dr. John, I decided to undergo PRP/Stem cell treatments in both shoulders and my neck. It worked! Eight weeks post-treatment, I was able to lift light weights with both arms in various directions with no pain. I have been an athlete my entire life, and not being able to work out has been terrible. Today, for the first time since my accident, I swam! It felt so amazing!! Plain and simple -- Dr. Brian and Dr. John put me on the road to recovery. The combination of PT and the PRP/Stem treatment worked as discussed. If you're looking for an alternative to surgery -- it's worth a visit to see if other treatments would work!! I had lost all hope when the ortho read my MRI and said surgery was the only way!! But Dr. John and Dr. Brian gave me hope ... and a new beginning!! I am beyond thankful :)

Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch - Two groups in front of us stacked up on one hole while our cart keeps telling us to pick up the pace.

Played this course today and it's difficult to review fairly for reasons I'll explain: upon arrival…read morethe course is set up like any premiere course (nice clubhouse, bag drop with no carts allowed in the parking lot, great practice areas with range balls included). The fellas in the pro shop were short and disinterested -- as many golfers have come to expect from more elite establishments -- but the cart attendants were cordial and apologetic (they didn't secure my bag properly so it fell off as I pulled away). The course itself is beautiful. Massive, well manicured greens, pristine water features on nearly every hole, beautiful fairways and tee boxes. The course does wind through a new neighborhood and construction is ongoing so you need to be prepared for that. The worst part of the day was the 5 hour round. I despise when courses get greedy and pinch too many foursomes off back to back. My threesome waited literally every single hole. There was no ranger on the course to speed up play but our cart would routinely tell us to pick up the pace as we waited on groups stacked up on each hole. The front 9 along took nearly 3 hours. This is unacceptable for any golf course but especially a nice course such as this. There are loads of nice courses in the Bay area so I'd recommend one that spaces out groups better or enforces pace of play.

This golf course is awesome. The staff that work there are great and very friendly. The T-boxes…read moreare in great shape as well as the fairways. The greens are very challenging so play for the front and let it roll to the middle or back. If you play for the middle or worse the back, you will be off the green. It's a fun track and once all the houses are built this course will go private. So, take advantage of playing here while you can if you don't live in the community. The practice areas are phenomenal, it is worth coming out here to practice if you live in the area.

Yes, call that one star review upon customer service I received while trying to watch a senior golf…read moretournament. I was informed that it was a difficult course to walk but I could walk and try to keep up with them or I could try to ride on the back of one of the competitors golf carts. The fact that I drove 2hrs from north central florida at 6am to come watch a family member compete was irrelevant. I tried to pay and didn't want anything for free, and walking at that pace for that distance wasn't an option. Guess they just didn't want to accommodate someone under 40yrs old at this fancy schmancy facility. Customer service isn't what it used to be. Such a shame. Now I get to drive 2hrs home. Thanks Founders

GOLF REVIEW ONLY - Third best golf course (layout) in Sarasota area, while greens are always #1, or…read morea close second (extremely fast, rolling 11 or higher). The Robert Trent Jones, Jr. design is very challenging, especially from the back tees. Conditions of the course are always excellent. Ample range and practice area - practice tee is great, not a sand box like most ranges. The clubhouse is the best you will find anywhere - not some mammoth glass or concrete-block function hall (eye sore) typical of Florida. It has a southern design with outdoor verandah overlooking oak hammocks and the 18th hole. The wood-paneled men's locker room is spacious and upscale - even the bathrooms have excellent quality fixtures and tile work. Social scene is pretty good for a private club and the lounge gets a good crowd weekends.
