Superior customer service! Great selection of golf clothing and accessories. Online only. You can also buy online & pick up in store in Tampa. These guys are the best. read more

Went to the Tampa location and the store front is closed and is on online purchase order pick up only. I asked the guy working if I could try on a shoe I saw online and he said I had to purchase it first in order to try on. read more

Absolutely love the options here! I have purchased many Polo's and shoes. Very comfortable for just about any occasion.

Asked to cancel and order twice less than 24 hours after placing and they ignored my emails and processed it anyway. Would not buy here again. read more

Funny, I had this review on the GolfLocker.com Facebook page and they banned me from adding comments. So here is where I can't be censored. Smh. GolfLocker.com has horrible customer service! My husband made an online purchase that was charged twice. Ok, no big deal, easy mistake. When I called Golf Locker to make them aware, they told me they only received funds for one charge & I need to call my credit card company to have them fix it. VISA verified Golf Locker received funds for both charges & I need to dispute the duplicate charge. I actually called Golf Locker as a courtesy again to make them aware that the only way to get my refund was to dispute the charge & they basically continued to tell me I was wrong. He even went to get a supervisor, so he could tell me I'm wrong again. Then he hung up on me. Really?!?! I was forced to dispute the charge. What a waste of time & horrible customer service. They should be ashamed for taking double the amount. Never ordering from Golf Locker again. Who wants to shop at a place where the company doesn't value their customers or their time? Not me. read more

Terrible online customer service. These guys backdoored the Jordan 1 Low Golf Shoes and canceled my order. Very messed up especially when I called a week before and asked them the process. read more

I love this store - great website, very intuitive where you can sort any product by size, manufacturer/brand...and yes, price. Very easy to use. I don't shop any where else, any longer. When I have had a sizing or product issue - they are always quick to remedy. Thanks GL - keep up the great work. read more

I received one shipment which was damaged. Even if the shipment was not damaged all the items were full priced items I could have purchased at any sports store. When I contacted customer service they said they would send out a new shipment. This never happened. I then received an email informing me I would not be getting the next months shipment. When I requested another shipment I received another email asking me to add things to my cart and they would ship them to me. There is no benefit to this service. Total waste of time and money. read more

If there is a golf product made, it is probably sold here, in 50 styles and 50 colors. This is a huge golf store; over 20,000 square feet. I recently stopped in for some clothing and was there for almost an hour given how much there is to look at. Unlike other poorly laid out sporting goods stores, they have mens on the left and womens on the right, so you waste less time walking past items that aren't for you and can more easily compare things you are interested in. I also hold a high opinion of the staff. They have people on site who play golf and know what they're talking about. Not all of them of course, but enough that if you require assistance from someone with knowledge, you'll be able to receive it. The store is very easy to find as it's a standalone building on Dale Mabry near the Lexus dealer. It is well lit (although only open until 7pm), lots of parking, safe and clean. Two complaints: 1) I wish they had longer hours but it is what it is. They don't open until 10a and their latest hours are 7p. I work basically the same hours, so lunch time is my only option for visiting, and I generally prefer food to golf. 2) The pricing is on the high side. I recently decided to overhaul my wardrobe, so I was in the market for a bunch of pants, shorts and shirts. I wasn't picky about getting the latest year's iteration of John Q Famous Golfer's line of clothing, or any particular brand, so I shopped around a bunch of local stores and ended up buying most of what I wanted at Dick's for what was probably about a 30% savings in comparison. When I do want something very specific, something that just came out, or something I prefer to get expert advice on, I definitely shop at Golf Locker instead of the 'discount' sporting goods stores, but for run of the mill items, I prefer to keep more cash in my wallet and will shop those around. read more

I had an issue over a return yesterday & the owner contacted me directly to make the situation right. That's what I call excellent customer service. I recommend Golf Locker to golfers everywhere. Great products, great people. read more

They are no longer open for customers to come in and shop. I used to go in a shop there all the time. Great store but I won't shop their online site. Have no interest in buying clothes online because half the fun is looking at the merchandise and trying it on. Good luck, Golf Locker read more

The selection here is always amazing and prices are typically very reasonable or well positioned by coupon offers. The staff are about as friendly as you'd find anywhere. Most importantly, after my most recent purchase, I received a follow up email from the store manager saying he hoped I enjoyed my new golf shoes. This is brilliant. On a whim, I responded (thought it was a bot). He answered my response, and made my very slight concern right by offering me an in-store credit (I forgot my coupon email). Great products and selection set the scene. But great staff sets the business apart. I will return anytime I need anything short of clubs. read more

Poor return policy. Ended up paying over $80 to return shoes that didn't fit because they don't offer free returns as most places seem to do. I'll never shop here again. read more

Would be much better if they fixed their return policy. I ordered $60 shoes that were too small and to return them, shipping was between $38-$128. It wasn't even worth it to return the shoes. Also it took a month to receive my shoes and then the return policy was that they have to receive my shoes in 2 weeks. Just be absolutely sure you're going to keep your item(s) if you order online. read more

Ordered FJ Freestyle 11 1/2 wide via online store. 3 days later Keith emailed apologizing for that size being out of stock and asked if I was interested in another shoe. Emailed back asking if same shoe was available in 11 1/2 medium, Keith confirmed that it was. Three days later Keith sent another email, apologizing AGAIN but the box with the requested size actually contained 12 medium but was I interested in another Shoe! Two days later, online catalog STILL indicates both sizes are Available! I'm not sure if this is some kind of joke, scam or if their stocking/inventory people are idiots or what......I would avoid them. read more

I'll start by saying that typically i do not write reviews, good or bad, on my experiences and or purchases but this experience has changed that. On feb 8th i made an online purchase from Golf Locker's website Golflocker.com - Purchase was item #13S77802 Oakley Carbon Pro Golf Shoes SIZE 9 M IN STOCK. I made the purchase, paid via paypal with shipping and began the wait for my new shoes. Not so fast - i received an email from Golf Locker on Monday thanking me for my order BUT (I'll quote) "that during the shipping process GL noticed Oakley send us size 11 shoes inside of my size 9 Oakley Carbon Pro Shoe box - we are unable to fulfil your order" - REALLY! I'm to believe that GL does not check their inventory upon shipments from Vendors on all their items? And, that it happened to be Oakley's fault and not GL. Apparently Golf Locker has a BIG Quality Control issue and this should be looked at internally without the penalty to the CUSTOMER. I'm not writing because i want something FREE or in addition to - i just want what I PURCHASED and PAID for, order #365504! I've purchased from GL prior with no issues but i don't know if i would consider purchasing again - i think ALL CUSTOMERS should read this post and decide if your order would be completed correctly or fall under the "unable to fulfill your confirmed order" - this is a first for me and i'm very disappointed in Golf Locker. eddie r read more

Placed an online order for three pair of shorts. Was contacted later that one pair was unavailable. Selected a different pair. Oder was shipped but lost by UPS. I had to initiate a lost package investigation. GL proceeded no assistance. After more then three weeks asked them to reship or cancel and refund me order. They made request to UPS that if package is found to ship it back to them but refused to issue a refund until completion of 2 week investigation by UPS. So after more then 3 weeks for a seasonable summer item, I have no purchase and no refund. Would pass on this website. read more
