I have been going to this Golf Galaxy for a couple years and have always had great service. They always have a great selection and if I ever had a problem or return it I never had a problem and they people their are great. read more

I bought a rangefinder online and it came in an unsealed box and was dirty. Signs that it is used. I brought it into the store to simply exchange it 3 days after it was delivered and the manager was SO rude and disrespectful. He said it was fine so I asked about the box and if it's sealed and he said he has some that aren't sealed. So I asked for him to get one and let's see. He refused. I am a 49 year old professional and not trying to scam or get any money back just want a new rangefinder that I paid for. I've never been talked to or disrespected like this before and will never do business with them ever again. I've bought multiple sets of irons woods and drivers from them but will NEVER go back. read more

Great service and great product selection. Would recommend to anyone looking for golf stuff in the area. One of the sales rep helped me select a driver and fine tuned my setup on the sim. read more

Had my driver regripped and the first time I used it the shaft broke about 1/2" above the end of the grip after 12 holes. I took it back to Golf Galaxy assuming they would replace the shaft and grip for free. I didn't think it was a coincidence that the shaft broke right after a new grip was installed. Unfortunately they said it was a typical normal shaft break and not the fault of improper grip installation. I took the club to another golf store and they showed me where the shaft had been shaved while removing the old grip and said that was the probable cause of the break. I've always done business with Golf Galaxy, but no more. interestingly the fellow that did my grip install at Golf Galaxy was not the normal repair guy. Buyer beware. I learned my lesson, but won't shop at this store again. read more

I recently purchased a $300 putter when I went to exchange or return in three weeks I was told the trade-in value would be $94. Putter was in pristine condition never played a round of golf. I recently purchased full set of clubs for my wife at that establishment in Fort Myers, I would never make that mistake again. Woman who was managing the store at the time I was there was rude. Went to replace a grip and check swing weight on my driver , no one in the service center so I placed my driver in the swing weight scale, I was approached by the manager and asked what I was doing I explained I wanted to get a grip replaced and check the swing weight of the driver He then decided to stare me down with his angry face for about 5 seconds and say you cant do that without a sales associate and then more angry face.. He wore a big American Flag patch on his shirt , what kind of company would hire a guy like this to run their store. Try the pga superstore much better service. read more

No customer service. Staff doesn't greet customers or ask if they need any assistance. Not friendly to junior golfers.

With birthday money in hand, two weeks ago I spent a very long day traveling from golf shop to golf shop across Southwest Florida searching for new Rogue irons. I tried the PGA Superstore, Golf Galaxy in Naples, the Golf Guys, two local golf clubs, and the internet. I knew what I wanted based on research and testing, but I could NOT get the right clubs (6 thru PW) at a reasonable price. I was frustrated! That is, until I went to the Golf Galaxy in Ft Myers. They were so attentive, responsive to my questions, flexible, and knowledgeable. Special thanks to John and the store manager for making this a great ending to an odyssey (no pun intended). Two weeks later, I could not be happier with my new clubs and the quality experience at Golf Galaxy at the Gulf Coast Town Center. read more

Went there last week and was just going to buy a new driver. One of the guys asked me what I was looking for and I said I needed a driver preferably a Calloway stiff shaft with 8 degree loft. But I wanted to try different shafts (steel, graphite). I just randomly grabbed a regular shaft and he said "that's not a stiff shaft." And I told him I knew that I was just grabbing something to look at as far as the feel and lie. He told me "you don't know what you want, it's not the club's fault if you can't hit it right." I'm a plus 5 golfer. I know what the hell I want, I was just looking at different options. Maybe he had a bad day or whatever but he acted like he didn't want to deal with me. Will not be going back. read more

You would think with the number of retired women playing golf in the area that this store would carry skorts with a longer hemline! All I can ever find in this store are hemlines 15 inches or shorter. read more

What a joke of a store. Terrible customer service and over priced. I dropped my clubs off to be re gripped at 4:30 pm I come in the next morning to pick them up. They had 4 hours to complete the grips and no one had even touched them. The head pro was very rude to me and said "what, you expected them to be done this morning...no way." I told them I needed them done now and I came back in an hour with no apology still. I checked out with no discount price and when I went to play later that day I go to hit my 6 iron to realize they put a jumbo grip rather than standard on the club... I go back to the store and demand for it to be replaced and again no apology and they changed the grip and I gladly walked out of that store with no intention of ever coming back. read more

You know, in today's day and age one would think that a business in an industry as competitive as the golf industry is that you would do anything to gain and retain a customer. This place was completely disinterested in even seeing what my needs are. Came here with a grand in my pocket for clubs and shoes. The pro was goofing around with teenagers in the practice nets. Some other lady was dusting shelves. Holy mole. Done with this place. Complete waste of time. read more
