A few of them looked at me walk in but continued their conversation. No one asked "Could I help you" or even looked like they had any interest in my business. If I could give this place no stars I would. Maybe they aren't used to seeing people "Like Me" come into these establishments often, but that's no excuse for poor customer service. They are in need of New Management. If the is the quality of staff that we have to hire and deal with Post Pandemic our economy will continue to be in bad shape. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well.

I called 3…read moreplaces on the phone and the people answering the phones, were all quite rude. 2 friends recommended Golf Coast Cart and Traci was VERY welcoming from the get-go. She showed us a nice, used golf cart and let us drive it around the mobile home park, right behind their business. We loved it, straight off. We had secured a small loan and were able to buy it. The owner delivered it for FREE. Just a week after we purchased it, the charger failed to charge the cart. Went back to the business and they swapped out the charger for a good one. Both the owners are pleasant to work with and we highly recommend Golf Coast Carts for any golf Cart needs. They also rent carts, so if you need a rental, they will gladly fill your need there, as well. BTW, My service dog, Princess also highly recommends Gulf Coast Carts. We literally had to pull her off the cart, so they could deliver it. She claims it as hers.

He showed us how to use the trailer hitch so that we could move the vehicle when we were traveling.
