They did not have the brand I was looking for, so they put a temporary battery in. Then came back the following week to reinstall the rand I wanted. My husband went in last night and picked out a cart and…read moremade it clear he would be back today to purchase it, so he could bring a check in today, as he went in close to closing hours last night. Chris said he would put a "Sold" sign on the cart and wanted my husband to comeback in the next day so he could test drive it. We offered to put down a deposit and Chris said we didn't need to, told us to measure and make sure it fits in the garage. Chris told my husband to text him when he got home confirming we were buying the cart which he did (cash buyer), text went ignored, although he quickly texted my husband when he saw this review. When my husband called to let him know we were coming in to buy the cart as he said he would, Chris said he sold it and didn't have the decency to let us know and said he can't reserve carts. There are many other cart stores around, I'd take your business somewhere else. This place has poor business practice.

The owner came back with he would include it in the deal for "his cost, $95.00". I countered with, "I'm paying full retail price, you can include for the $95.00". He said no! He was silly enough to lose the whole deal for $95.00! I was very courteous and not demanding about anything during the whole process. If that small a difference made the deal fall thru, I certainly would not want him servicing the cart in the future. He probably would nickel and dime you to death if his margins are that small! I bought 3 miles down the road and actually got a much better cart for a reasonable price.
