From the moment that they arrived to the hospital as my father passed in the hospital up to his burial. I cannot thank Michael and Jay enough because for those who never expected a sudden death, they really did help us out with the things needed such as what the church needs, items required for his burial & etc. Reardon really sympathized with us because during a loss, this is the last thing you want to think about but you have to push through to allow your loved one to be at peace. Many of the graves and gravestones are very old. Their website says that full graves are no longer available but they do have cremation spaces still for sale. This is the sort of place I would love to spend my eternity, under scrub trees and in peace and quiet. This cemetery is also listed on various sites about haunted areas so maybe you'll experience something paranormal during your visit. I have not had such luck.

However, after I received my wife's urn, contained in a beautiful blue velvet bag, with a bright yellow cord closure, my son requested a small memorial urn with a portion of his mother's ashes. I wasn't able to open the inner container of the larger urn. I called Coast Cities Cremation to ask their assistance. Irma, at the front office was very kind and helpful, informing me that, if I dropped by during business hours, they would reopen the urn, transfer a portion to the small urn and reseal both. It was arranged and took only 10 minutes. On top of that, the smaller urn , which I purchased elsewhere, came back with its own smaller but beautiful velvet bag. My son was pleased with the package when we met later. I was comforted with the consistent kindness and helpfulness by Irma, in the front office and the Director of CCC. The whole process of care for my late wife, from transporting her from the hospice care home, where I met them the night of her passing, to my last contact with their office in Ventura, was a 4/4 Star service.
