When we pointed out the fact that we'd just sat down, and it wasnt working they finally realised the issue. By then I was already smashing my own personal hot spot (yeah baby I sizzle!). So all in all a mixed bag for this one. Im gonna go ahead and average out the two scores I would have given them and toss out a 2. There is a lot of room for improvement, and they definitely need to work on consistency. They do get busy, but that may be due more to a lack of alternatives than great planning and success.
