The driver was polite, and apologetic, and he confirmed to me verbally that I had, indeed been waiting more than 30 minutes. (There is at least one honest man at this company). But when I called the dispatcher/owner ("Barb"), to ask, she was totally nonchalant, unsympathetic, would not acknowledge my waiting time, would not acknowledge any inconvenience on my part, and insisted this was still a billable ride (billed to Indiana University). I decided to leave and get an UBER (great service and less than half the price this company charges). Then, the next day this company dishonestly billed Indiana Univ. for my ride, and they even made up a fake timeline to show that I had only waited something like 10 minutes. Fortunately, I have the text message evidence with timestamps to prove otherwise, but this is an example of very poor service plus basic dishonesty. Next time I will avoid this unreliable and unsympathetic company, and take a ride-share service for less than half the price from IND airport to Bloomington.

I had already checked several locations online and this site was easy to navigate, showing special packages and availability. I booked online and confirmed the delivery by phone. This is a small business that takes pride in customer service. I believe the owner is a young teacher at the Avon Schools. He and his helper (daughter?) were efficient, pleasant and prompt and had it up in less than 20 minutes. $160 for a day rental was very fair, in fact, I should have kept it another day for an extra $15 (did I mention adults up to 300lbs can jump?). I couldn't be more happy that I decided to find something to keep the kids 'occupied' while I ran around picking up after everyone. All of her friends were so excited to be there and we were the envy of all who drove by. Thank you Bounce House Guys!!!

Well it wasn't exactly booze, but pre-made cocktail mixers. Everything you need except the booze is in those pretty bottles. If you closed your eyes, you could imagine the deliciousness factor rise exponentially through the magical powers of alcohol. We tried three of her offerings- each one very different. Our clear consensus winner was Wake Up Call. It looks like a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice, which makes sense because it contains OJ, lemon juice, sage and bitters. Just mix 1.5 ounces of your favorite spirit (vodka? gin? Prosecco?) with 2.5 ounces of the mix and you are good to go with a primo brunch cocktail. What a find!
