The lady answered quickly and set up an immediate appointment for appraisal and purchase. The building is VERY safe and professional, in that I had to show my TDL just to enter. The store is located on the 5th floor with an attractive glass front and we were buzzed in and appraised without delay. It was all very professional and I was given a very fair sum for my loose diamond. There were several display cases of beautiful jewelry to look at along with settings while I waited.
