I had a case that lasted 4 years. I continued to request updates through text and phone calls with little response from Rafael Roca. I had to keep up with my own case trying to follow the information recorded in public records. I even had a trial I was unaware of therefore I didn't attend. When questioned he blamed his assistant and had no other excuses. The attorney had a lack of caring and a unprofessional mentality. My case was dismissed and I never received a call from the attorney informing me until 2 months later. I still have issues and I was told the discs replaced in my neck would have to be repeated within a 10 year period.
