Terrible communication! I kept talking to the assistant manager of Angie Perez three days after my car accident. Ms. Perez didn't reply to email until the 3rd day of my accident. Also her assistant said she would call at 1pm and she never called. I had to call her. When i finally got her on the phone she didn't even let me talk. She was so rude. I was very disappointed. All i could hear her say os I can't help until the other party's insurance does their investigation. All I was a rental car and she couldn't help me. I found another lawyer who was able to get a rental car on the same day I cancelled with Morgan and Morgan. Don't go with Morgan and Morgan! They don't care about you and they are rude! read more

Terrible. They don't answer the customers they have lack of communication my para legal just sent me documents needed weeks ago. Also find the location closest to you and confirm the number you called was the location you look for they put random numbers online for some reason. when I called they had me at a pompano beach location I'm currently 2 hours from there my para legal told me to visit the branch for paper work and didnt inform me which one. I have to call their complaint department multiple times to get a call back! This is long PLEASE READ I don't want anyone to be accepted with joy!!! Then dropped "supposedly" for one reason. But 3 hrs after I complained. I cried for days. My Review can go much lower. I believed their commercial. Small, Big No Matter we would be treated the same. On Nov 15th I took such a hard fall in Walgreens on Jog & Linton, so hard that a young lady from a different Isle heard & came to help me. Not the manager. Who never showed . I asked for the manager. He finally came. Treated me like garbage. Told me I fell over my own feet. I was shaking, bleeding on my arms & legs. I asked for him again . What do I do?. On the back of a receipt he had someone take my name & number. No offer of hospital, no incident report. I texted Walgreens over & over (Megan) answered "again" you must have fallen over your feet. I walked in walking, working 8 rs full time then part 32 rs. On my ft 8 hrs. Doing Physical work .Now I can not walk. All I asked for was exams, x-rays ect. received nothing. Which if the matter was handled right would have been done immediately. I Called Morgan & Morgan received less. I only have Medicare I can not afford 900 for hospital . Let alone MRIs Xray est. I was accepted with all the lawyers following me around. Just for me!!! Get me medical I needed. I called Serina who works under Nelson Garcia. Over & over. I couldn't find a Dr. for 3 weeks. I said what do I do & she gave me Drs . After 3 weeks of trying to discuss it. I thought finally. Then it hit me why after 3 weeks of asking did she finally have Drs.?? Perhaps they didn't want to pay the bill. I can't walk I left a message for Mr. Garcia. I received a call almost immediately but not to tell me that it was wrong. Maybe no to do a incident report. let a injured person leave bleeding, confused shaking.. No offer of help. I called M & M What happened For me? NOPE no group of my own not for me. Not enough information. Well maybe if they sent me to specialists which Walgreens did not offer during the incident report they never did. I walked in working. Walked out bleeding. Now unable to work. I don't work for fun or extra money. I work to live. They would have had enough with a incident report, which includes asking if I wanted help. Had Walgreens done their job Morgan & Morgan might have done theirs. I know now that they Mr. Garcia whom I did not hear a word from for 3 weeks would do nothing.. Until I asked why Serena did not get me Drs. Instead they dropped me . Mr. Nelson Garcia said there was not enough to litigate. I walked in a working a hard menial job even for a 25 yr old . Now I can't walk. They can use every lawyer words they want. They knew I had no medical. They knew I couldn't afford hospital. But the minute , ( a few hrs) after asking Serena (after 3 weeks) of how to find a Dr. She hd 2 @ her disposal. 3 weeks of telling her I couldn't find a Dr. & she had them They dropped me. Mr. Garcia said it was a coincidence. 3 hrs.? There was no call before. 3 hrs after a complaint they dropped me. No matter what they say. a complaint, they dropped me. Now this small suit, Morgan & Morgan informed Walgreens immediately . I have no recourse. nothing. All it would have taken was someone Morgan & Morgan getting me the medical I needed. Fight for it. Fight for no incident report. Fight for my inability to work anymore. Fight for my "little case" . FIGHT FOR ME . I can't work. So before you use M& M they lie. Very unhappy. Lack of communication kept changing stories when asked about my case. assistant gave me bad information that could have caused me further legal problems. Was refered to another attorney to handle another case.The attorney assistant for that lawyer argued with me and was very rude told me lawyer would not take my case because I could not remember specific dates. I hired Morgan and Morgan last year after I was in a serious accident. The other driver lied about the accident while I was on my way to the hospital so the police report was in his favor. I explained to Morgan and Morgan so many times that the accident was not my fault and the police report was incorrect but the Case Manager's did not care and did not want to hear anything I said. They did not investigate my case at all. Instead they called the surgery center and canceled my surgery on my shattered wrist behind my back and left me to suffer in pain for months. Then they withdrew themselves from my case and told me I should have gone to the police station months ago and had the police report corrected myself. I am now permanently disfigured and still unable to fully use my right hand. I lost my job and had to sell anything of value that I owned to survive. Morgan and Morgan does not care about their clients if there is no money in it for them. My advice to anyone reading this is do not hire Morgan and Morgan. They may be America's largest attorney firm but they are definitely the worst attorney firm. They say nobody isn't a nobody but they treated me like a nobody. Morgan and Morgan ruined my life. All I have now is thousands and thousands of dollars of debt thanks to Morgan and Morgan. read more

After Morgan and Morgan said they couldn't help me at the beginning of April 2023 they never sent a drop letter to the insurance company. So i went into the office near where i worked and was obviously not happy as my attorney's office has contacted this company at least 20 times and the girl behind the desk when i asked if she as going be able or get someone to help me she said she was busy. So it escalated from there and couple moments later a male walked out of the attorneys offices in the back and laughed at me as i asked if he could help shook his head no and kept walking. Then the original girl walked in the back. Another girl walked in and asked if i was being helped said not sure if the other girl was getting someone or not. The new girl tried to find me in the computer and couldn't at which time the 1st girl came back with another a lady who took over and then i heard the 1st girl tell the male i encountered earlier under her breath to call the police this was a little dramatic as i had never cursed or threatened anyone if you cant handle someone who is upset because your company cant get there act together maybe its time for a new job or maybe don't tell the person you are to busy to help them but either way they police never came as the nice lady from the back helped me and verified my info so lets hope they finally do what needs to be done and i don't have to deal with them ever again oh and i still love your commercial Mr. Morgan FOR THE PEOPLE HAHAHAHA you are full of crap once again hopefully they will send the drop letter so my current attorney can resolve my case thank Mr. Morgan for holding up my case your company is wonderful and such joy to deal with you let me suffer for 6 weeks with a fractured shoulder and torn rotator cuff before your biggest law firm in the country let me know you couldn't help what a joke. read more
