I am so glad I did. My back was injured by a chiro in SLO that didn't know his own strength and messed up my pelvis and low back pretty badly by doing a twist adjustment too hard. After 6 more visits of him trying to fix it and having no luck, and after x-rays and constant chronic pain for MONTHS, Dr Peterson took me on as a challenge and has very carefully, mindfully and professionally made a lot of progress in just the last handful of visits. She also reviewed my xrays and found the exact place where a bone is displaced, and showed me, explaining it in a way that made sense (and I can also clearly see it, no less). She has also adjusted my atlas in my neck and does a lot of passive joint movement stuff (I think that's what it's called) to find out where I'm out and where I need more attention. She has a drop table, too, and has tried a lot of non-traditional ways to get me back into shape (meaning she doesn't just do a hug or twist adjustment on me and send me on my way, thank god).
