We inquired via messenger and were pleasantly surprised with co-owner Ella's responsiveness as she turned out to be a wonderful communicator and was very eager to meet our needs. The cake and cupcakes we ordered were awesome. The cupcakes were intricately designed and were equally tasty and well exceeded our expectations. The cake tops were carrot and red velvet flavored and delicious. I also dealt with other Bohol vendors and many were not responsive and a few did not take a sincere interest in meeting our needs so our experience with Estrella Bakery is memorable. Postrio has a small stand inside Parkmall in Mandaue. Everything in their display cases look wonderful. I got a Mini Custard for myself and a Mini Buko for my wife. She said her dessert was really good. My mini custard was delectable as well. In fact, I liked it so much that I bought a whole Custard Pie to share with the family at home. Looking forward to trying more of their goodies in the future!!
