He is very patient with questions (as he was helping 5 other people who came in at one time) and answered a million and one questions about the different pens they have for concentrates. They have some sick ass glass pieces too! If I had the money, I would've bought at least 3 just because of cool they look!! They also have the 3 Kratoms (30g of powder form for $6 and have bulk deals as well) and a variety of cbd (concentrate, pills, lotions/balms, gummies, fruit and even a olive oil!) one of the best cloud 9s I've been too. Well, after 4 months our product failed to work any longer and ioLite would not replace it without a sales receipt. I was very angry at first but I understand both sides so be aware, if ever purchase something more expensive, you might wanna be persistent demanding a receipt. They have the ability and will provide one if needed. Anyhow... my boyfriend called them up yesterday and Erica, the manager couldn't be more nicer and sympathetic about our issue. Not the customer service I got at the time of purchase but one person can't be blamed for a whole planet so... I shall over pass my prior dissatisfaction and give thumbs up to Erica and the shop which I personally like, being convenient, location wise as well as their inexpensive, good variety products. She assured us she will discuss it with the owner and get back with us which sure enough she did the very next day and gave us a receipt without any hesitation. I was stunned how smooth she handled the situation. I definitely recommend giving it a try... stop by. You can't go wrong! JUST REMEMBER TO ASK/ DEMAND FOR A RECEIPT if you think you might need one laters... :)
