Whenever there is an issue, the team assists each other to solve the problem together, so customer service is excellent! The team is friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns! Whenever their app does not work for you, always call instead if you want to change or cancel a session. Their Team is fully trained to handle any situation. The facility is clean every time we are there for a lesson. The pool is heated most of the time with plenty of hot showers. Plenty of seating for parents when watching their child during a lesson. Lots of parking in the parking lot, but beware of the Chucky Cheese next door will be alluring to your child. Birthday parties are fantastic here as they handle most of the planning and set up! They are very helpful to assist you with a successful birthday party! Sad part is the lolly pops were complementary in the past which I miss to motivate my kids to swim. The lolly pops are now 25 cents and I don't carry change anymore these days, so my youngest get disappointed when we cannot get a lolly pop and is not motivated to go swimming when he sees the fish bowl full of lolly pops. I have to figure out other ways now to motivate my kids like ice cream after their lesson. When they change new instructors, they are great so far as they are trained and know how to inspire the kids to swim. FYI, It might take one to several lessons for the instructor to gain the trust from our children and be comfortable together for their lessons. Overall, I recommend this location to my family and friends cause they have a fantastic team and facility that is safe for our family!

My 3-year-old child has only attended five lessons so far, yet there has been a different instructor every single week. Not once have we had the instructor we originally selected or assigned to us. We specifically enrolled in your school and cwith the expectation of having a stable, consistent teacher. For a 3-year-old child, building trust and familiarity with their instructor is crucial for their learning and safety in the water. Every week, my child has to re-adapt to a complete stranger, which creates unnecessary stress. When I raised this concern with your staff, I was dismissed with the response that "instructors have the right to take time off and annual leave." While I respect that staff are entitled to leave, replacing the instructor every single week reflects severe scheduling and management issues on the school's part. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly do NOT recommend this swim school to parents, especially those with young toddlers who require a stable and consistent learning environment.

Group lessons were really not a great fit at this point, because he was embarrassed to swim with kids much younger than him. I found Kristi online and gave her a call. She was so easy to talk to, totally got what I needed and told me to bring my older daughter at the same time to see if she needed help, too. After two sessions my son is swimming, neither kid is holding their nose or cares about having their face in the water and they are so much more comfortable. I couldn't be happier. The pool / facilities are super clean, parking is easy and she's so much fun - the kids love going there and think Kristi is the greatest person on earth! The situation was visible to teachers and staff, yet we as parents were never informed about what was happening. Instead of protecting a child who was clearly struggling, the school allowed the behavior to continue and left him to cope with it on his own. What is most concerning is that while our son suffered the consequences of this bullying, the students involved continued to receive recognition and rewards, with no visible accountability for their actions. A school's first responsibility is to provide a safe and supportive environment for its students. In our experience, this school failed to meet that responsibility.

The coaches are certified, knowledgeable and very patient with the children. I love that they are able to explain to me what steps they are teaching and why it is important. My boys talk about the different coaches they have had, and it's obvious they feel very comfortable with them. Two big selling points for us are that the water is kept at 92 degrees and that there are only 4 kids per class. These two things allow my kids to be comfortable and get lots of time to practice the skills they are learning. The program also has a strong safety first learning enviroment. Of course, as a mom, I am thrilled by this teaching style. I love that my children can tell me how to be safe around water and that these safety "rules" translate to other swimming activities that we do as a family. Iddy Biddy Pool School offers free prenatal and free 3-8 month swimming classes, which are amazing! The prenatal classes were so helpful for the aches and pains of pregnancy, and I love referring doula & childbirth education clients to take this class! The baby classes are so effective at getting a young baby comfortable being in the water. All three of my boys love the water, and I greatly attribute this to being in swimming classes as a baby and continuing with lessons at IBPS. This program has become very popular in our community so classes fill up quickly. When you have multiple children in different levels it can get more difficult to coordinate schedules. My children absolutely love coming to swimming each week. I cannot recommend Iddy Biddy Pool School highly enough! Your family will love it!
