I started treatment with Yvonne at Golden Triangle Acupuncture in extreme pain after straining my trapezius, teres major and minor badly. My pain tolerance is pretty high, but this felt like a solid 8 or 9 at times. Couldn't sleep and couple barely sit in certain positions. Prior to going to her, I also did chiropractor treatment and got muscle relaxants from urgent care doctor. It didn't appear to improve much so I tried acupuncture for the first time in about 20 years. Yvonne diagnosed the trouble spots immediately with her expertise and experience. She provided not just acupuncture, but also massage and cupping. I would say I improved by 30% after the first session. I followed up with two additional sessions and a 30 min massage on the trouble spots. I'm about 85% better and went from barely able to sit up straight to getting back to my workouts yesterday!
